Relax in our modern and family-friendly 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom mountain condo located right near “Canyons at Park City”, now the largest ski resort in the United States. This condo features a modern gourmet kitchen, contemporary finishes and furnishings, comfortable beds and many extra amenities throughout its 1,320 square feet. Enjoy a main level walk-in with a large and open concept living, dining and entertaining space which features a family room with 50” HDTV, gas fireplace, high ceilings, separate dining room and gourmet kitchen finished with hardwood floors, newly upgraded granite counters and backsplash, breakfast bar and a complete range of stainless steel appliances. This property is perfect for families, weekend travelers, golf vacations, couples traveling together and fun winter ski trips.

Property Features and Sleeping Configuration:

• Open floor plan features modern fabric furnishings and decor, 50” HDTV with entertainment center (Comcast TV and Blu-Ray player), gas fireplace, Wi-Fi and covered outdoor patio with extra storage.

• Gourmet kitchen comes fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances, beautiful hardwood cabinetry, granite counters, lots of storage and custom kitchen island with bar stool seating for up to four (4) people – ideal for meals on the run and entertaining.

• Dining area with that accommodates four (4) people, with additional seating at the breakfast bar.

• Master bedroom (1) (sleeps 2) – queen-size bed, complete bed set (dresser, nightstands, bed-frame), closet and en suite bathroom.

• Guest bedroom (2) (sleeps 2) – queen size bed, full bed set (nightstands, bed-frame), closet and shared bathroom.

• Guest bedroom (3) (sleeps 4) – two (2) bunk beds with a twin bed on the top and bottom, closet and shared bathroom.

• Underground parking (1 designated spot), which is ideal in the winter and storage locker for equipment.

• In unit washing machine and clothes dryer.

As you enter the home, you will notice the front door foyer, opens up to the dining room, large family living room and the gourmet kitchen. The living room features all the furnishings and technology you could want including modern fabric furnishings, gas fireplace and 50” HDTV with entertainment center. The home is also fully equipped with Wi-Fi, so you can remain social or work while visiting Park City. Situated through the sliding doors, just off of the living room, is your private covered patio / deck.

From the family room, head into the gourmet chef's kitchen, which really is the center of the home and features a complete range of stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, French-door fridge, dishwasher, microwave and other small household appliances. There is tons of counter space to prepare and serve friends & family and the counters are also nicely finished in a stone-colored granite. The kitchen also features a kitchen island, which further extends the prep and entertainment space and also has a breakfast bar with bar stool seating for four (4) people. The dark brown cabinets are fully stocked with cookware, corning ware, dishes and flatware, enough to prepare a lavish 5-course meal. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, which provide seating for four (4) people comfortably.

The first and master bedroom (1) is equipped with a queen size bed with comfortable linens and bedding, beautiful bedroom set (bed frame, night stands, dresser), closet, ceiling fan and en suite bathroom. The master en suite bathroom (1) is large in size and features an extra long vanity, granite counter tops, stainless steel finishes, large walk-in glass shower and jetted soaker bathtub.

The second bedroom (2) has a queen size bed; classic bedroom set with a modern feel, nightstands with lamps, large closet and shares the second bathroom. The second bathroom (2) is spacious and bright and features a large vanity with stainless steel finishes, similar granite counter, dark hardwood cabinetry, full bathtub and shower.

The third bedroom (3) is ideal for children as it has two (2) bunk beds with twin size bed on the top bunk and bottom and can sleep four (4) people in total.

We have black out curtains on the bedrooms for privacy, and elevator access from the garage to the unit. Storage is readily available in the home and the property has underground parking – one (1) designated spot, which is convenient year round and there is additional parking outdoors and on the street for a second car or Guests.

In the development there is a hot-tub on-site and as a Guest in the Bear Hollow Village area, you have access to the shared community Clubhouse. The Clubhouse Pool and BBQ area is open every year for the spring/summer season; nominal open times are mid May until mid September. The hot tub is open all year, weather permitting. Pool & Hot Tub Hours: 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.

The Owners of the condo have 2 small children, so the property is nicely set-up with a high chair, lots of toys, books, children’s plates and more.

Located in Bear Hollow, just 2.3 miles to skiing at the Canyons, 1.5 miles to full services at Kimball Junction, and only minutes more to Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Ski Resort, Park City’s Historic Main Street and Jordanelle Reservoir.

Bear Hollow 3 Bedroom at Canyons

My wife and I stayed in this condo with our three young kids (ages 9-4) and it was perfect. Not only was it extremely clean--which is saying something for a neat-freak like me--but the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed from silverware and dishes to pots and pans and mixing bowls. The beds were very comfortable and the linens and towels were nice and clean. Honestly, it was the perfect home-away-from-home. We also really enjoyed the location. It's very close to shopping and dining at Kimball Junction, and only a short (and scenic) drive to downtown Park City. It provided the perfect base for everything Park City and the surrounding area have to offer.
