The place was fantastic and the ocean view was picturesque. The only complaint I have is there were so many burned out light bulbs in our unit. The porch has 0 working light bulbs and it would have been nice to use that at night with the lights on

Summerhouse 1015 was exactly as pictured. Perfect location away from traffic and crowds. Extra large balcony was the best feature. Excellent customer service with iTrip - Whitney was very helpful and responsive and promptly answered questions asked. We will be re-booking same property for next year.

Summerhouse 1015 was more than expected for our family vacation. Excellent location, beaches not crowded, condo is exactly as pictured-amazing balcony with gorgeous views. Whitney was more than helpful with any questions we had-excellent customer service! Planning to book same unit same time next year. Highly recommend booking through iTrip vacations.

This is absolutely our favorite condo. We come here every year and now we're doing twice a year. It's always so nice and Whitney from I-trip is always so helpful. We look forward to it every year

The room was exactly as pictured! Amazing views from balcony! The room was clean upon arrival. Location was a little more north than we normally stay but was a lot less busier and much quieter! The only thing I would recommend is new pillows in both rooms. Will definitely book this room again in the future and will recommend to others!

We’re finishing up 5 days in this sweet condo. Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Nice location on the quieter end of PCB. We spent hours and hours on the wrap around balcony. Can’t wait to come back!

This was our first trip to Panama City. The condo was great. Very clean and nicely decorated. The best part was the deck and the views. Wish the weather had been a little warmer but the beach was nice and not super crowded. Location was great. Found some good restaurants. No complaints but I would recommend supplying the kitchen with some pot holders and a cookie sheet. Would recommend.

Enjoying our stay at Summerhouse. The unit could have been a bit cleaner, and would suggest at least a small supply of toilet paper in each bathroom - it would have been welcomed for our late night arrival. But the view is WOW! The unit is comfortable and exactly like the pictures. Enjoying the warm’ish weather - it beats the snow storm that is going on at home!

More than expected! Pictures on line do not show how amazing this condo unit is! Nicely decorated-master bath fully upgraded! View is absolutely amazing!! Wrap around deck goes from master bedroom to guest bed room. Will definitely be back to rent this condo again!

Before arriving at 1015 Summerhouse, we were impressed by the pictures and expected a beautiful condo, but we were completely blown away once we got there. This condo has the set-up: plenty of space; huge balcony; comfortable beds; upscale flooring, decorations, furniture, and counters; well-functioning appliances; nice bathrooms and showers; a door code; and a fantastic location on the beach. It felt like home to us. We fully enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo to everyone!

I would book the condo again without any hesitation. It was a wonderful experience. The picture represent the condo very well. the only thing that was not described was the breath taking view on the sun sets at night.

What a beautiful place! The wall of windows displayed awesome views from any place in the condo. The balcony was a great place for morning coffee and evening dinners. The kitchen was more than adequately stocked with whatever we needed...except a blender. 6 of us stayed here and there was more than enough space to spread out and make yourself at home. The beach was clean and not crowded. Thank you so much! We hope to come back next year!

This condo was absolutely gorgeous. Probably one of the nicest we've stayed in. The furniture was like new, no dingy stains/tears, and all of the kitchen utensils/dishes were like new. We loved the large balcony that wrapped around and enjoyed breakfast outside most mornings. We hope to return in the near future and would definitely stay here again. I also LOVED not having to keep up with keys to the condo - the door keypad was worked perfectly for us!
