We very much enjoyed our time at 18 Oceanna. It was quiet and cozy. We were able to visit family and enjoy the beach/ocean. There was work being done on the beach but we were told about that ahead of time. I would definitely return. Alibi Bar is close - the food was quite good as were the drinks. Since we arrive we noticed the broken bed and emailed the manager, she said will send maintenance in the AM. She was really sharp and almost rude. Nobody showed up and I called back, she said her maintenance people was gone the weekend. She knew and never told me and kept me thinking some one was coming, also said “the board is just broken” in the bed. It’s really old spring bed sinking, more than 4 inches down, looks more like an old hammock; the sofa bed in the living room, was worst then the bed, blinds and fans covered in dusty “fur”, holes in wall and bathroom door, roaches crawling in the kitchen cabinets, the ceiling bathroom has brown stains and is caving in. I kept emailing her, she only said “ok, I’ll check it out” . She also, said I’ll have some compensation, but she stopped answering my emails. I have pictures of every thing and found the owners info, not that they care, but I’ll contract them. Overall, the place it’s a dump (really, furniture looks like was picked up at some dumpster) that I paid 1200 for 3 days, and Motel 8 would be way better for the third of that price. I’ll contact anybody I can to get some answers and compensation about the worst experience I had in a rental from Vrbo. What can you do when you already paid and you are going to find a place to stay in the middle of the night???

This was the greatest trip I have gone on, period. This location is priceless! Literally look at the beach while sitting at the table eating breakfast or outside on the patio having a drink. The walkway to the sand is directly out the condo door. Seriously in the sand less than 30 seconds after shutting the door. Every sunrise, every sunset over the ocean directly out the door or window. Yes, the condo is on the smaller size but so cozy, perfect for 2! It was very nice! This was seriously perfect. I almost don't want to leave such a great review cause that could hurt my chances of getting to rent this place on my next trip

Some what clean. Bathroom small. Location is great. Priced right. I would recommend to anyone. Sunsets were fantastic. weather was predictable rain every afternoon but then cooled off. The beach is fantastic.

2nd time staying here we absolutely ❤️❤️ this place. Walk right out to the beach it’s like your own little paradise. The room is perfect for a small family. Whitney is awesome as well was there to help with anything we needed. Can’t wait to come back!!

Had an absolutely amazing time staying here at Oceanna 18. It had everything we needed and more, great location and view as well. Look forward to visiting again soon

They were so quick to respond to my emails when I had a question and the place was just as described.I was very pleased and would use ITrip again.

Great place to stay. Just steps to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Loved how close to the beach it was and how private not tons of traffic and crowded beach. Will choose this place every time we come if available!!

Location to beach -Great. Dirty poorly managed .very disappointed for the price of $2200.00 for a week. This unit is very dirty.Trash cans bathroom. Dusty picture frames dirty mirrors. Dirty under broke down couch. Dirty under broke down bed. Stuff ozzing out of electric box. Dead fliies in dirty windows dusty blinds. Fronts of stove and refrigerator dirty. Could go on and on. Owners should check there property. .I work at a church as a custodian very detailed cleaning. My husband has stage 4 Cancer.This was very expensive not worth ever revisiting. Poorly managed and lazy cleaning crew.Will be back to PCB but will stay at Portside. Better managed CLEAN place.Very disappointed.

Very very disappointed! Nothing like advertised! 1800 Oceanna is a dump!

We are on day 3 of our stay. Enjoying the sun and sand! The condo is small but lacks nothing! Just the right size for 2 people. Neighbors are all nice! Would recommend this unit!

We recently stayed in Oceana 18 and loved it ! We were a little skeptical at first being a first floor room because we have always stayed on top floors , but it was perfect. Steps away from the beach ,very quiet yet right by all entertainment for all ages. The owner was extremely sweet and responded to our needs within minutes. We will be staying here for now on .

My husband and I brought our 13 year old son here to stay for a week. It was quiet, it was convenient, and just the right size for the three of us. We had no issues, problems, or concerns -- never had to contact anyone. We would return if the opportunity arises...
