Loved the condo being on first floor as we have young boys. The grassy area was great for them. Easy access to pool and beach. Will stay here again.

The AC unit is not good; the air temp would only dip below 74 late at night...ran all of the time but simply would not cool the condo. The condo next door stated the air was very cold so it had nothing to do with the type of unit.Also, there were no quilts for the pullout bed; we never received one even after we requested several times. The management company is not professional and very rude. They also never brought us a parking pass.Everything else was ok for the price.

Great location. The condo we rented was on the first floor easy to get to pool & beach. Clean & quiet. Plenty of restaurants near by. My husband likes to fish and it was near the marina. Only issue was the 2 queen size beds in bedroom made it difficult to get to closet.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Decorated nice, clean and new mattresses. Condo on ground floor no elevators walk out to beach. We will return. Thank you Itrip

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mariner East. This condo is easily acessable being on the first floor. Definitely an easy walk to the beach and the car. The outside patio area is very large with a nice picnic table. The bedroom is a good size with 2 queen beds which was perfect for us with a toddler. We also had a teenager with us so having two bathrooms was a plus too. The chair rental service was too high in my opinion. $45 for the first day and then $33 each additional day which is a little ridiculous. The only thing that I would change would be to add more hooks or towel bars for hanging wet clothes in the bathrooms. We would certainly stay in this condo again.

I would stay here again. Overall a nice place. Pros: Access to beach and pool area. First floor, no elevators or stairs, parking is close, free and simple. Much less traffic than the pier park area. The view from the room is great. You can see the view from the living area and kitchen. The trash shoot is close and convenient. Being on the corner room gives more privacy. Cons: The washer and dryer are not inside the condo and I missed that detail on the description. The washer/dryer room is dirty and the washer only had cold water until I complained and then someone came and hooked up the hot water hose. There was not bedding, only a mattress pad for the sofa sleeper. I asked for bedding for two days and did not get any. The sliding glass door is very hard to open and close. My husband had to get it back on track and once we were able to get it closed, we never opened it again. Luckily the side glass door opened and closed easily. Bring extra trash bags because there are no extra. It looks like daylight all night long in the bedroom. The blinds do not block out a light that is on outside. The trash truck beeps outside the room about 8 a.m. the dumpster is right next to the room. The doorstop to the condo doesnt stay up very well and you have to lift it to close the door, and be careful because the door will not completely shut on its own and needs to be pushed shut.

We enjoyed our stay at 110 Mariner East! The only thing we missed was a bathtub for our youngest during bathtime. The pool and beach were VERY easy assessable for our oldest, who is disabled. The view was amazing!! We will definitely consider staying here again!

The unit was perfect for us: ground floor right on the beach, far enough from street to be quiet at night, clean and well-provisioned, comfortable. ITrip sent us an incorrect beach access code but otherwise no issues. We have stayed at Mariner East for several years now (first time in this unit); in out 30+ years of vacationing in PCB, this is by far our favorite location.

Quiet and great accessibility!! Somewhat dated inside however. Bedroom would be perfect if had some curtains or room darkening blinds to block light coming in. Also door to washer dryer room is very difficult to open. Would consider coming back however secondary to price and location!
