We very much enjoyed our stay right on the beach! It was a pleasant change to park our car right outside our front door and not have to ride an elevator to get to our accommodations. The AC worked great and the bed was comfy - we highly recommend.

This was our second time two years in a row coming to this townhome for the Fourth. We always love its in a great location right on the beach. Never have to fight for a spot to go out there with youre family. Beautiful views of the beach and ocean. Perfect spot to see the fireworks without having to leave and be comfortable. It is located across the street from a saloon that is quite loud at night that can be heard in the guest bedroom. The only things that I recommend that needs to be thought about or fixed especially is you have really little ones is one the railing on the porch or the fencing part on there need to be fixed there was a couple that were missing and our 18 month old could go right out of it if we didnt have him inside with us at all times or right with us on the porch which brings up number two. Maybe some sort of gate where the area are so littles cannot just walk off the porch and run straight down to the water no this did not happen to me but it was something I was constantly thinking about and even notice the neighbors had a gate on theirs and on the front where the porch was and this brings us to number 3 and did happen to us. Another thought would be to maybe change the handle of the front door or maybe a gate on that porch with that busy road only because the handle is the type most little ones can easily open no problem which happened to us and happened so fast that we heard it open and ran as it is right by the road that we caught him as soon as it happened and he was inches from the road. If we had not been paying attention or heard the door by being in the kitchen no telling. We had to keep a chair at the door at all times so he didnt keep trying to get out. Those are the only 3 things I would definitely recommend mainly the last two I didnt notice this last year maybe it was different or bc he was a baby. Not being nit picky because we love love love this place and definitely plan on it to be our yearly spot! Which is the main reason for this review. If you are looking for a gray spot and on the beach directly then this is it and definitely worth the money!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The townhome was very clean and our personal access to the beach was awesome! There are grocery stores as well as convenient stores right across the street from the townhome. Booking of this property was a delightful experience, can't wait to do it again next year!

Condo location was a bit farther out from the hot spots than i expected but that’s my fault for not knowing the area. As for beach privacy, if that’s what your looking for. It’s a great spot. Condo was clean and looked exactly like the pictures The only real draw back was that the address didn’t readily contain the condo number which caused a far amount of confusion. Other than that was a great stay!

This townhouse is so convenient!! Just step out the back door then down a few steps and your toes are in the sand!! Beautiful view from both balconies. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in away from home. Park right in front of your front door to paradise and best of all NO ELEVATORS!! We will be back!!
