Located in the Edgewater Golf Villas across the street from the Gulf of Mexico this 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Sleeps 6. This is a first floor unit with a view of the pool from the patio and parking located directly outside the property. (No waiting for elevators!) Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort amenities include Polynesian-style beach front lagoon pool, eleven total pools, six reflecting ponds, Plexicushion tennis courts, four hot tubs, shuffleboard, on-site restaurants, and a 9-hole executive golf course.. There are golf cart shuttles to take you wherever you'd like to go on property. There are several restaurants on site, like Ocean's Bar and Grill for gulf front dining, Starbucks coffee shop, Paradise Pizza, Blenders for frozen drinks on the Lagoon Pool Deck, and Edgie's Corner Market for ice cream or coffee. Other restaurants are within walking distance

CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL BEFORE THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory hurricane evacuation. Vacation Insurance is recommended.

We absolutely loved Villa 2705 at Edgewater. The unit is spotless! We found the kitchen to be very well equipped and the washer and drier is full sized which was great for all the beach and pool towels we used. We were so excited to be able to avoid the chaos of big condo buildings and elevators! The unit is incredibly spacious and accommodated our party of 6 without feeling cramped. The location of the unit is right in front of the pool which is awesome, and a very short walk to the clubhouse and Tennis courts. The shuttle to the beach is such a nice feature! We golfed one day and loved the course, it was so much fun and also affordable. We rented a cabana for the day and it was such a great experience that I would highly recommend to take the vacation to the next level. We can’t wait to come back next year!
