Very nice view from our 8th floor unit to a very nice beach. walkable area. very pleasantly surprised. would come back. pool and spa were great, also with a view. very clean. though. may be better off placing its mattress on the floor

I booked this space last minute as I had lost a different rental I was looking at for my son and I. I have to say though that this location and rental was meant to be. A beautiful home and amazing location and great hosts. The easy access to everything and home made it a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation. We will definitely be booking again and can't wait to come back. Thank you!

Pro's - location location location - clean/quiet - had everything we needed Con's - not sure if it is because living by the ocean but there was a musty smell in the room. we bought a scented candle - the pillows are uncomfortable

What a great spot to claim as your home base while exploring Folly Beach, James Island, and Charleston. While the weather may not have cooperated during the duration of our stay, Hello Sunshine was the perfect place to retreat to and relax. Many great memories were made and we will surely return for next year's summer getaway.

This house is exactly what the doctor ordered. The pool and hot tub kept us all entertained for hours. And when we needed a break, the covered patio kept us outdoors and together. We unplugged and reconnected. We will be back for sure. For families with kids, the pool is easily visible from most of the house.
