The Commodore is a beachfront, gated resort located on the quiet, east end of Panama City. Here, you are only steps away from many options for shopping, dining, and entertainment. You will be only a short drive to golfing, marinas, and top-notch attractions such as Gulf World, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Pier Park, and much more. The resort has a grilling pavilion with picnic tables, the perfect place for a family bar-b-q. There is direct beach access from the resort, where you will find beach chair and umbrella rentals, jet ski rentals, parasailing, and endless beach fun. The resort offers a pool, as well as a kiddie pool, so that every member of the family has a place to cool off from the Florida sun. If there is more activity you would like on your vacation, there are also on-site shuffleboard and basketball courts.

This two-bedroom condo offers two full baths and a washer and dryer within the rental. The open layout maximizes the beach views from nearly every space within the rental, and the full kitchen has everything you will need to prepare meals or pack a picnic for the beach. CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL BEFORE THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory hurricane evacuation. Vacation Insurance is recommended.

Nice vacation overall, on the beach; heated pool, hot spa; clean place, everything you need inside; beautiful sunsets, nice weather Ocean was cold, but it is March only :)

Communicated several problems to our rep. while we were there. Mattresses in 2nd bedroom-terrible/broke down---headboards very rickety /unstable. No bed sheets. pillows or cases for sleep sofa. No dishcloths in kitchen, Night stands in both bedrooms were pealing from people obviously leaving sweating drinks left on them. 1 spare blanket for master bedroom was disgusting-dirty with holes in it (our rep. Angie, did bring us a new one when we contacted her) No blanket for sleep sofa either. Various other misc. things that we kind of expect out of rental properties although we have been going to the Commodore for several years and I would say, overall, the property is not being maintained well as it was in all the past years we rented. I know we would not rent 708 again and not even sure about another unit. One of the lamps in Living Room-on off switch is broke (almost forgot the one) Also one of the elevators was broke for a few days. Sure could use a couple more tables with shade umbrellas by the pool and the pool was not vaccumed /cleaned on daily basis. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHEN WILL WE RECIEVE OUR DEPOSIT BACK--WE DID NOT DAMAGE ANYTHING. WE LEFT IT CLEANER THAN WHEN WE CHECKED IN. Darla Wright 9-10-2021
