Commodore 503 (2/2)

Loved the condo. Well kept. My wife especially liked the couches. Wonderful week. Thanks for the gift. Would like to stay same time next year (Oct). We really like the Commodore, have stayed there many years Please e-mail me with some hints to reschedule unit 503 for next October. Thanks

Great location, close access to everything. About 20-25 mins from Pier Park. Condo is not a newer building, so needs updating a bit. Bedding is not what is pictured. Does have easily accessible washer/dryer. Great view of beach and easy access to beach.

Good location on the beach. Needs a little renovation , but overall good stay. I wish we would’ve been provided more towels / toilet paper and dishwasher detergent. Overall a good stay.

We had our air conditioning go out on the 4th day of our 7 day stay in unit 503 of the Commodore condos. I texted our assigned representative Amber who promptly put in a work order. When the HVAC man said it needed a part that he wouldn’t have for 5 days, Amber pretty much said we had to live with it because they were full up and if we didn’t want to stay in a hot condo that we had to try to find a motel. This was not acceptable to us and we were not happy campers at this point. Then I got a text from Amber‘s manager Whitney who said she would be my contact. From that time on our customer service experience was fantastic! Whitney took it on herself to try to find us another condo but since we couldn’t leave family members who are also staying at the Commodore she went out and got six fans for us, constantly checked on us and apologized for the situation even though it was not her fault. She refunded the cost of our stay for the last three days and even threw in some money towards our dinner out on the last night. she turned a bad situation into a bearable situation with her friendliness and customer service. Whitney exceeded our expectations and we will be happy to return to the Commodore again next year because of her above and beyond customer service.

I am not sure I can put into words how wonderful our experience was in PCB at Commodore 503. This was our first time at the Commodore. I’m always nervous to stay anywhere new and I always research and overthink. However, our unit was even better than I ever imagined. I could write a book about all the wonderful things but I’ll start with how great it was to pull into the security gate and be greeted by some of the nicest gentlemen ever! They were quick to share some great info about closest grocery and gas, as well as a few recommendations of restaurants when I ask. Having the security made me feel very safe. Luggage carts and grocery carts were easily available to take our things up to the unit. The digital entry to the unit was so great! No key to keep up with and so easy to use! The washer dryer was huge and we did all of our laundry before heading home so we didn’t have dirty clothes to wash after our 10 hour drive. It was fantastic! Having 2 full size bathrooms was a game changer for the 6 of us (all girls). Kitchen was so well stocked that I didn’t end up unpacking a few things that I brought myself because I had never stayed somewhere that was stocked this well. The unit having an ice maker and coffee maker were nice bonuses. The 6 of us had plenty of room in the spacious unit and our balcony was so comfy with enough chairs for everyone AND a table that we used multiple times to have lunch at when we came in from the beach for a break. The AC worked so incredibly well and kept us cool on really hot days. Beds were comfy and the cleanliness of the unit was simply amazing. Having a beach umbrella and 2 lounge chairs available to us daily was so nice. It enabled us to only have to rent 2 other sets instead of 3. The young man who runs the rental was just wonderful and so helpful to us and everyone else in the condo. I will not hesitate to stay here again. Amber was so responsive to any questions I had and made me feel so welcome. I cannot thank her enough. We cannot wait to come back. I have traveled and stayed many places and this was definitely one of the absolute best experiences I’ve ever had.

MyiTrip was easy to book from, they communicated timely via text/email the booking information and access information to condo. Condo was as represented in pictures. Very roomy, extra large balcony, clean, excellent water pressure in master bath shower. Cabinets could use some updating but not really a big deal, kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. Would have preferred a K-Cup coffee pot but that is just our preference. Bed was a bit too firm for my comfort but bed linens were nice. Only complaint would be that there are only 2 elevators for building and 1 was not working the entire stay. Not really a big deal though as elevator was fast so wait time was not that long.
