Be sure to also check out Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, Ebro Greyhound Racing, and Zoo World. CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL BEFORE THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory hurricane evacuation. Vacation Insurance is recommended.

Commodore #403 is one of the cleanest, freshest, welcoming condo I have ever stayed in. We frequent Commodore because of its proximity to St Andrews Park and Patches Pub. This has become a new home away from home, as we are planning our late summer trip @ Commodore #403. Thank you for an amazing stay yall!

We truly enjoyed the location of the condo with it being on the quieter side of PCB and proximity to St. Andrews Park which was where the wedding was. There was plenty of room in the condo and everything was clean. We didn't have to use the washer and dryer, but it was nice to know they were there. A big plus was the chair service, and we definitely took advantage of that! The only issue we had was that the bed in the master bedroom was a bit more firm than we would have liked, but nothing that couldn't be solved with a mattress pad. We would definitely recommend!

We stayed during our evacuation from New Orleans after Hurricane Ida. The beach was wonderful! The condo had some cool features. Our favorite was the baby pool! The condo was well furnished. Great view of the Gulf. One day we saw dolphins!
