CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to cancel your reservation, please remember that cancellations must be at least 30 days before your arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more before the arrival date, all monies will be refunded except a $100.00 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL BEFORE THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory hurricane evacuation. Travel insurance is recommended.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. - 8 a.m.
No SMOKING anywhere on premises except designated areas on the paved parking lot. Discard butts appropriately!
Pets are NOT allowed.
Vandalism is punishable by law. Anyone caught vandalizing will be reported to local authorities. iTrip assumes no responsibility for theft or damages to vehicles or personal property.
No Outdoor Grilling of any kind on balconies including ground floors.
Prohibited items: Open flames, fireworks, firearms or weapons of any kind, and drugs that are illegal in the State of Florida are prohibited in the unit.
Foul Language is NOT tolerated. Be nice.
No Throwing anything off balconies. It is a felony offense. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law & subject to immediate eviction.
Towels or clothing is not to be hung over the railings.
Seagulls are NOT to be fed from balconies.
Florida Laws Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenants to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.

We enjoyed our stay here in PCB. The condo had a great view of the golf. The appliances are all up to date. The master bedroom bed was comfortable. We would stay again if this was available.

I sent several emails prior to our arrival and never got a response, still haven’t received a response. I also called the phone number and left messages but never received a call back. The condo was great, but itrip customer service was disappointing

We love The Commodore on Thomas Drive. We have been going every year for a while. We stayed in Room 403. Very nice furnishings and kitchen was very adequate. We were missing a dust pan and the vacuum would not pick up. I called on Monday morning at 9:00 during service hours. I was contacted through text and the vacuum was replaced with a new one and a dust pan arrived by afternoon. Very good service. The only thing that was not good about this condo was the king size mattress was very hard and not comfortable at all. In fact I got up and went to the couch at 12:30 the first night - To solve the problem we located a Walmart in Len Haven that had a 3 inch memory foam pad and drove to get it the next morning. That made the bed much better. The mattress needs to be replaced for sure or a memory foam pad added for comfort. I offered to sale them my mattress pad but never heard back from them on that matter. The bed is one of the main components to a condo.

Commodore #403 is one of the cleanest, freshest, welcoming condo I have ever stayed in. We frequent Commodore because of its proximity to St Andrews Park and Patches Pub. This has become a new home away from home, as we are planning our late summer trip @ Commodore #403. Thank you for an amazing stay yall!

We truly enjoyed the location of the condo with it being on the quieter side of PCB and proximity to St. Andrews Park which was where the wedding was. There was plenty of room in the condo and everything was clean. We didn't have to use the washer and dryer, but it was nice to know they were there. A big plus was the chair service, and we definitely took advantage of that! The only issue we had was that the bed in the master bedroom was a bit more firm than we would have liked, but nothing that couldn't be solved with a mattress pad. We would definitely recommend!

We stayed during our evacuation from New Orleans after Hurricane Ida. The beach was wonderful! The condo had some cool features. Our favorite was the baby pool! The condo was well furnished. Great view of the Gulf. One day we saw dolphins!
