The Panama City Beach Conservation Park is a vast pine plantation and cypress dome restoration area. With loop trails ranging in length from 0.6 to 11 miles, the park encompasses nearly 3,000 acres of protected land featuring mostly flat paths, and boardwalks.

Camp Helen State Park is a hidden gem on the western border of Panama City Beach. It sits between the Gulf of Mexico and Lake Powell - one of the largest coastal dune lakes in the state of Florida. CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL BEFORE THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory hurricane evacuation. Vacation Insurance is recommended.

Wonderful and Relaxing

We've stayed at the Commodore numerous times, but this is, by far, our favorite unit, and we will be requesting it again next year. It is located on the 13th floor, which allowed for beautiful views of the beach and sea life sightings. It was very clean and has been maintained well. But most importantly to us were the furnishings, which were not only attractive but were also very comfortable. The living room furniture was cozy and the master bedroom mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was also very well appointed with nice appliances and plenty of utensils to prepare meals in the unit, which we did daily. We highly recommend this unit and can't wait to come back to it next year!

Great place with beautiful view

The condo was very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. There was a very nice pool & hot tub area. We were on the 13th floor and had amazing views of the beautiful beach. The security staff were very friendly and we had great communication from the rental office regarding our stay. We will definitely stay again.

This Condo was great! It was very clean, fully stocked with everything you needed. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. It Felt like being at home for the week.The view of the Ocean was amazing!Easy access to the pool and beach. I would highly recommend the Commodore. We will be back!

Great time

We had a great time at the Commodore Condo. The only thing is that the music from Patches could be heard very loud in the first bedroom but with the fan that is in closet help drown out so of the music. The set up is great for our family and the area us perfect. Will stay again.
