Marco Island Stay

We enjoyed spending the month of Feb, 2024, on Marco Island. The house was conveniently located by the beach and several restaurants within easy walking distance. The house has a beautiful heated pool which our grandkids loved. There are a few things that should be updated in the house including the sectional and rug in the living room and guest bathroom.

All my family was in love with the property and specially the view!!! The weather was perfect during our stay which allow us to enjoy the back patio and pool to the fullest! Walking trails extremely close. A great outdoor experience. Kitchen was well equipped, and sleeping space was perfect. We will definitely rent again in the future!

The condo was exceptional! It was nicely decorated, ice cold a/c, extremely clean and a great view of the gulf. The pool was heated and very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying there. I give it 5 stars.

Condo was wonderful and exactly as described! Great location right on the beach, big and spacious, extremely clean and updated condo. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. I would love to stay here again.

Love this place, were there in lkate 2018, meant to return last year (2020) but covid shutdown made us delay a year until Speing of 2021. We are from SF Bay Area and have a number of fave spots in SE, but this seems to be becoming our overall favorite. Folly Beach itself is great, and this house/cottage is a great fit for us.
