This is a great home base for hiking around Pagosa Springs and Durango. Comfortable home with everything we needed. This was one of the best places we’ve stayed with young kids. The open layout, simple decor, bathtub, and nice park down the street we’re all very much appreciated.

I cannot speak enough about the support in advance of and during the stay. I have stayed at iTrip properties for several years and they have an impeccable track record. Marsh Vista was every bit as great as the pictures. The house was very clean and ready for us two hours early. Great views, quiet neighborhood and a very comfortable home. We’re already planning our next trip back. Kiawah Island beaches are also so private and secluded I hate for word to get out about them.

Lovely property, lacked privacy

We loved this property, the owners have made it a beautiful spot. However, the windows look out towards the owners home & business. We felt like we were in a fish bowl and kept the blinds down which took away from the beautiful location. They should put up a privacy fence or a line of tall shrubs. The inside was lovely and very clean. The Zen Den was awesome, those windows faced the river.

A beautiful beach house that was tastefully furnished and provided all the comforts of home. Great sized kitchen, comfortable beds and a beautiful view from each floor’s master bedroom and from the screened in balcony porch that overlooked the bay. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
