Just a short 5-minute drive to downtown Palmetto’s waterfront, and about 10 minutes to Bradenton’s dining and entertainment, with the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island roughly 20–25 minutes away!
Dogs welcome with prior approval of property manager along with a $200 pet fee to be added once approved.
PLEASE NOTE- For extended stays of 60 days or more we require a mid-stay clean be done by our cleaners. To be added to reservation and scheduling discussed with management.

2—Treat this home as if it were your own.
3—Please no parties, we want you to enjoy each other and have a great time, but disruptive parties are not permitted. This is a residential neighborhood, and the authorities will be called if you cause a disturbance.
4—Report any damage to the home to your host immediately.
5—At the end of your stay place garbage and recycling in the bins.
6—Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
7—Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
8—Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
9—Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
10—Garage door opener is to be returned upon move-out by Tenant if provided. There will be a $50.00 charge if lost or missing upon check-out.
11—Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
12—Please observe quiet time after 10:00 pm. Loud music and outdoor entertainment is prohibited.
13-You agree to only operate fans in bathroom 20 minutes before and after bath or shower.
14- If home is equipped with pool- Swim at your own risk, children should be monitored at all times around the pool. Do you not tamper with pool equipment or settings.
15-Some properties have an HOA that require us to request the guests email and/or phone number to complete resort application.
16--MONITORING Agent may utilize electronic monitoring equipment (including video(not facing private living areas) noise, motion, temperature, humidity and other means) at the property to ensure that all local ordinances, including noise & occupancy limits, are observed at all times and that no events or parties are held on the property. Our homes are subject to strict noise ordinances. In the event that you trigger our noise monitor you will be asked to turn down the volume immediately. Failure to comply will lead to eviction without a refund. Cities impose large fines and you may be prosecuted. You agree to reimburse the homeowner and Agent for all lost income resulting from any suspension of their business license arising from you exceeding the noise alert levels.
17 - For Pool Homes- No Dogs Allowed In Pools. $300 fine for sanitation cleaning and new filter will be assessed.
