Bedroom patios provide quick escapes to enjoy a cup of coffee or a book.

INTERIOR SPACE

This property features modern architecture with selected furnishings that deliver a great Palm Springs experience. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are connected and perfectly designed to enjoy time with your friends or family. Relax on the large sectional, and watch your favorite sporting event or shows on the 65in. SmartTV. Make your favorite meals in the amply stocked kitchen. The dining table is conveniently located in the kitchen and features seating for six.

SLEEPING QUARTERS

The main bedroom features a king bed, 65in. Smart TV, dual nightstand, ceiling fan ensuite bath with dual sinks, walk-in shower, and soaking bath. The walk-in closet provides ample space during your stay. The second main bedroom features a king bed, dual nightstands, ceiling fan, and 50in. SmartTV with ample sunlight and patio access. The en-suite bathroom features a single sink, a walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet with ample space. The guest room features a queen bed, ceiling fan, patio access, and a 46in. Smart TV.

GUEST booking the property must be 25 YEARS OLD, & must occupy the property during the entire term of the booking.   The main guest (MG) is responsible for behavior of all occupants.

Maximum OCCUPANCY is provided in the property listing. 2 people per bedroom.  

No excessive NOISE allowed beyond the property. City prohibits renters from using sound devices (radios, sound systems, etc.) & musical instruments outside the rental property between 10 p.m. & 10 a.m. Failure to comply will result in fines, & removal from property without refund.

1 CAR is allowed per bedroom. Guests must use garage & driveway parking. No street parking, no boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs.
 
If a property is not PET friendly, we may allow a pet under certain circumstances. Please inquire. For pet friendly properties please disclose if bringing a pet at the time of reservation inquiry. A non refundable fee of $250 is required. Pets allows only if under 35 lbs and one pet. Unauthorized pets will result in fee of $500. 

SMOKING of any kind is prohibited at the property.  Smoke smell/odor found post departure authorizes manager to remediate the smoke smell, & the main guest will incur a fee of $2.10 per sq. ft. times the property square footage per title records.

BBQ only be used if provided by the Owner & do not relocate BBQ. Open flame is prohibited, I.E candle burning, charcoal BBQ’s. Do not dismantle smoke & carbon monoxide detectors. 

All guests & responsible occupant acknowledge use of the pool/spa amenities increase the risk of injury &/or death. POOL AND SPA use is at your own risk. THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Use of Pool, Spa and Pool Area amenities can cause serious injury, including death. The occupants accept this risk when booking the property.

POOL HEATING may be added to your booking. Daily pool heating fee is based on current rates of Natural Gas and size of the pool. Please inquire with the booking agent for a quote. 

The manager will request a copy of the main guest ID prior to check in.  Main guest may be required to sign additional agreements. No refunds for early depatures. 

UNINTENTIONAL DAMAGE must be reported to the manager prior to departure. Accidental property damage is covered up to $1,500 by LDW Fee in your booking fee. Accidental damage not reported during the stay will be treated as intentional damage & the cost will be charged to the Main Guest reservation.

If  property is no longer able to honor this reservation due to unforeseen circumstances & out of Manager’s or Owner’s control, Manager will issue a full refund immediately to the Responsible Occupant.

Reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of deposit, damage deposit, &/or balance of rental payment. If any occupant violates any terms of this agreement, PDVP may terminate this Agreement. PDVP will notify the Responsible Occupant of agreement termination, & the Responsible Occupant will vacate the promise within 3 hours.

Building Codes that are applicable for residential homes are not required for handicap accessibility. This home is not ADA compliant. Manager is not aware of any toxic fungus/mold or other mold which may exceed allowable levels.

Palm Desert Vacation Properties, iTrip or the Owner, do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does the owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

The MAIN GUEST booking the property must be 25 YEARS OLD, and must occupy the property during the entire term of the booking.   The main guest is responsible for behavior of other occupants.

One CAR is allowed per bedroom. Assigned parking spaces may apply for properties located within an HOA. Guests must use garage parking and driveway parking first. No street parking is allowed.

For pet friendly properties please disclose if you will be bringing a pet at the time of reservation inquiry. A non refundable pet fee of $200 is required. Unauthorized pets will result in additional fee of $500.

POOL AND SPA use is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Use of  Pool, Spa and Pool Area amenities can cause serious injury, including death. The occupants accept this risk when booking the property. 

POOL HEATING is not included in the rental rate for 27 day or longer stays from October trough April. Pool heating may be added to your booking at the rate of $35 per day.

Guest Bookings 27 days or longer require a Security Deposit of $2,500.

Wintertime in the Desert Experience

This is a beautiful property with all of the amenities you'd want for a great family destination spot. There are two en suite bedrooms on opposite sides of the home which is great for two couples, and a third bedroom with its own bathroom (which can also be easily accessed by guests). The awesome outdoor living area adds to the feeling of spaciousness and privacy. It also really captures the mid-century modern vibe of the Palm Springs experience. The property manager was attentive and super responsive and made the experience very positive. So why the 4 stars? Three things. (and it would be a 5 star rating but for these things) One, the property is right under the flight path of the airport. If you don't like planes taking off over you, then this location might not be for you. The first plane took off about 6:30 a.m. or so. Two, the City of Palm Springs is super strict about playing music outside or making any kind of noise. We were warned by the property manager about that. The property can't do anything about these first two issues obviously because it's the City of Palm Springs and the airport is where it is. Three, and one thing the property manager does have control over: I specifically booked for a "pet friendly" property. My daughter has two cats that were coming and it was super important to us that she could bring her cats. However, when I confirmed about the cats a week before we were to arrive, I was advised that cats weren't welcome. One

Amazing Rental - Exactly as Described!

My husband and I stayed at this home last weekend. It was absolutely amazing! The property was exactly as described, the pool was beautiful and well maintained. The home itself was extremely clean, well decorated, AC worked great (it was really hot in Palm Springs last weekend) and the rooms were beautiful. The property management company was very helpful and very responsive. We've stayed in many rentals in Palm Springs and I would say this is one of our favorites! Book it! You won't regret it!

My family of four had a great time staying at the Azure Court home in Palm Springs, CA. The home is beautiful and well-equipped. Be aware that this location experiences frequent wind gusts and is very convenient if you visit the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.

The Palm Desert vacation properties is super professional and Iveth is super welcoming. She even left a bottle of wine to welcome our Bride-to-be. We arrived later than expected and Iveth was so flexible to let us changing the meeting time to go over the city rules and answer our questions. The house was super clean and sooo cute. All of the utilities and electronics were new and updated. The pool wad super well maintained. I would highly recommended this property for your next vacation in Palm Springs. Thank you so much for making our trip memorable and comfortable.

Palm Springs Oasis

We spent about a week here. The house is beautiful, bright, and very clean. It is well stocked and we enjoyed how the indoors flowed nicely into the outdoor area. There was even a closet w/ board games to enjoy when it rained. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub on sunny days, and it was nice looking at the mountains. The management is also fantastic and very friendly- they were very responsive both by text and email. The neighborhood itself is very quiet, but would note that you can hear the planes flying overhead. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

We spent 9 days in this exceptional home and wonder if it will be available for short stays next year? I suspect it will book early each year with folks who want it to be their, home away from home! Spotless, spacious, luxurious, quiet, with mountain views and gorgeous blue skies. We have rented a half dozen private residences in the Desert and this is the star of our bookings. Rental agents were immediately available and helpful when working thru some quirks with the TV. Thanks for making this space available and so pleasant.

We were not disappointed. The home looks just like the pictures. Beautifully landscaped yard / patio area with Mountain views. Central location, close to many good restaurants. Had a minor issue, which was resolved quickly. It's a great oasis in the desert.

We absolutely loved our time in Palm Springs. The home is truly outstanding. The location is great. We walked into town every day (about 6-7 miles round-trip). Very well-equipped and nicely appointed home. The setting is beautiful, with panoramic views of the mountain range that are just stunning. The pool and spa are so inviting. We spent hours just hanging out. The interior of the home is spacious and very well put together. Beds are comfy and baths are luxurious. We had cocktails every night in the living room and just enjoyed the decor. Appreciated being able to park in the garage as well. Overall, an outstanding experience.
