This renovated 3 Bedroom, with Gameroom and 2 Bath home is the perfect place in a coastal town to relax and enjoy some much needed R & R! Whether Championship golf at the famed Innisbrook Resort and Golf club, home of the annual Valspar Championship is your thing, or you want to float away in one of the warm mineral Springs at the nearby Wall Springs Park, Palm Harbor has everything that you need. There are also 9 other golf courses close by to choose from. You are in Palm Harbor, with Clearwater and Dunedin nearby. Whether you need to do some shopping, eating, or brewery hopping, it's all close by. If running or cycling is your thing, you are just a block from the Pinellas Trail, a 46 mile path running from Tarpon Springs down to St Petersburg that frequently hosts local races, triathlons, and more!

The primary bedroom upstairs has a king bed and attached private bath with stand up shower, 36" TV and a walk in closet with office space for you to use during your stay. Downstairs there are 2 more rooms with bedroom 2 housing a queen bed and 36" TV, bedroom 3 with a full bed and 36" TV, and a gameroom as well with another 36" TV, full sized futon for extra guests and games to enjoy during your stay.

AGREEMENT

iTrip-Palm Harbor, the Agent of the Owners, and Tenant agree as follows: Tenant is at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit Beautifully Renovated 3 BD Home w/office to WHF! Walking Distance to World Famous Beaches! during the entire reserved dates. Only guests in the orginal reservation are authorized to occupy or use the premises. Should any unauthorized persons occupy or use the Premises, Tenant shall vacate the premises immediately without any refund.

Early Check-In (ECI) OR Late Check-Outs (LCO). We have to charge a $50.00 fee if an ECI or LCO is requested. This requires staff to create new codes and add cleaning staff to ensure the house is ready for the next guest. We will always try to accommodate you as the guest and make your stay the best it can be. Please reach out immediately if you would like to request an ECI or LCO so we can prepare staff and update codes.

PETS

Dogs are permitted only (No Cats) on properties advertised as pet friendly and with host pre-approval. If evidence of a pet(s) is found in the unit or on the premises, the Tenant and all guests will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit. Unauthorized Pets on the property subject the Tenant to a $500 fine.
 
If the property is advertised as pet friendly, then the following provisions apply:
  • We allow pre-approved dogs for a fee of $200 total and are subject to the medical and damage provisions of this agreement.
  • All pets must be up to date on rabies and other vaccinations. 
  • All pets must be treated with a flea and tick repellent 3 days prior to arrival.
  • Guests are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of all pet waste.
  • Pets are not allowed onto the furniture or on the beds at any time.
  • Pets must not make excessive noise.
  • Pets must not damage, chew or relieve themselves inside the property.
  • Pets must be crated when left unattended.
  • Guest must observe all local rules, regulations and ordinances regarding pets at all times.
If pets cause any damage, or the property requires additional cleaning the guest will be charged the cost of any repairs or clean up.  The guest authorizes their credit card to be charged directly for the repair or cleanup cost.
You are responsible for any damages caused by any pet.  You take full responsibility for your pet and iTrip Palm Harbor and owner are not responsible for any damage or injury caused.

FAMILY RENTAL ONLY

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! The maximum number of occupants allowed per property is listed in the property description.  Maximum capacity applies to any given time, such as during a gathering of people at the property that includes guests that are not staying overnight.  Any violators will be evicted according to Florida Statute 508.141 with forfeiture of all monies.
There is a Ring camera on front porch only for your safety upon entering and leaving.

UTILITIES

No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, or telephone service. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible. 

NONSMOKING UNIT

Smoking is strictly prohibited. You will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found.  Or you will be billed a $500 penalty for violating the Smoking Policy.  Smoking includes all forms of tobacco, cigarettes, pipes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping, etc.

HOLD HARMLESS

None of iTrip-Palm Harbor, or the Owner of the premises assume any liability for (i) loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property that occurs during their stay on the premises;  (ii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing or (iii) any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from or due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God or other reasons beyond their control.  This includes the use of any amenities that could include, hot tub, pool, bicycles, wagon, games, BBQ, appliances, fire pit, etc. The undersigned Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner and iTrip Palm Harbor free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.

The Cedar Getaway was great! House is super clean, comfortable and a nice layout. Well stocked with everything you could need to feel at home. The home’s location in downtown Palm Harbor is excellent! Walking distance to the live music on the weekends and not having to worry about finding a perking spot. Hosts were super friendly, responsive and helpful. We had a great extended stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to book this home.

Our family of six stayed here for a little over a week. The way that the house is laid out we had plenty of space. You have everything you need and they even provided brochures and information on things to do. The location is great. Nice neighborhood! Close to downtown Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, and Honeymoon Island just to name a few. We loved this area and hope to be able to come back. If we do, we will definitely look to book this house again.

this home was booked, rather than a hotel, to celebrate another revolution around the sun, aka birthday. we were able to walk to the restaurants and bars, as well as the park and beach, even at night. the neighborhood is safe. the home is welcoming with the inspirational sayings; love the decor! it is apparent that the home is well cared for, as it was clean and organized. i felt welcomed and 'at home,' during the stay. though brief, it was a fun filled getaway. if in the area again, i will request this home.

Excellent facility for families. We were joined by our granddaughter. Kitchen opened into the living room and downstairs held two bedrooms, nicely sized, with a full bathroom. In addition, there was a "get-away" room which could serve as a fourth if needed. Master is upstairs with full bathroom. Easy to get into and out of which is needed for Tampa area traffic.!

All we were hoping for.

The property was well maintained and situated on, what I would consider to be, a larger than average lot. The home itself seemed quite spacious and well appointed with a large, open common area. The three bedrooms were more than adequate for our party of 5 adults (2+2+1) and there was even a den for our toddler to call her own. The home was very clean and had all the amenities we required. The rental people were very responsive to any questions we had prior to our visit. Our primary reason for visiting was for Blue Jays spring training and the home is located within easy driving distance (15 min) of TD Ballpark in Dunedin and within walking distance of several restaurants. Overall, I would say that everything was just about perfect but for the very minor exception that there are a number of one step transitions in the common area that proved to be a bit challenging for the two year old. However, I would still highly recommend this property to anyone.
