Bring your boat and enjoy the private 8,000 lb boat lift, plus exclusive access to the neighborhood private boat ramp for larger boats. Please note: bridge clearance depends greatly on the tide. On a normal tide day, boats generally need approximately 5 ft or less of air draft clearance to safely clear the bridge. Boaters should always check daily tide conditions prior to navigating. While the canal is best suited for smaller boats, larger boats can still launch using the private neighborhood ramp.

After a day on the water, relax and unwind with endless entertainment including 2 kayaks, fishing right from the property, air hockey, foosball, and multiple Smart TVs throughout the home.

The spacious primary suite features a king bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, luxurious soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower. Guest bedroom #2 offers a cozy queen bed and TV, while guest bedroom #3 is perfect for kids or extra guests with a bunk bed featuring a queen on the bottom and twin on top and smart TV.
