This beautiful home boasts a south-facing backyard that provides a wide range of comforts. You can cool off in the pool on warmer days or warm up in the spa on cooler nights. The backyard also has a screened patio with a dining table for four, comfortable sectional seating, and an outdoor fireplace. For those who enjoy grilling, a four-burner propane BBQ is available.

INDOORS

Welcome to a charming California bungalow. The living room offers ample seating and a dining table accommodating six people. Connected to the dining area is the fully-equipped kitchen, stocked with everything you need for your meal preparation. The TV room features a 60-inch Smart TV where you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies or cheer on your team. Adjacent to the TV room is a flexible space that features a work desk and a pull-out sofa for overnight guests. The property also has a one-car garage and a full-size washer and dryer.

SLEEPING QUARTERS

The main bedroom is quite spacious and comes equipped with a ceiling fan, a 46-inch SmartTV, a closet, and a king-size bed. The attached bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and a single vanity. The guest room features a queen-size bed, a 42-inch SmartTV, a walk-in closet, nightstands, and a ceiling fan. Both guest rooms share a hallway bathroom with a bathtub.

The minimum age for this property is 25 years—NO SMOKING; NO PARTIES. For the cancellation policy, please refer to the Rental Agreement.

POOL HEAT

The sparkling pool and soothing spa take center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool heat is available for $65 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and the pool's size.

PET POLICY

We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
