INDOORS

The newly remodeled kitchen sports stainless steel appliances and granite countertops open to the living room with a breakfast bar. There is dining for 6 in the spacious dining area.

SLEEPING QUARTERS

Main Bedroom: The very comfortable King bed is a great place to end your day of fun. Multiple closets and a dresser make it easy to store all of your clothes. There's a wall mounted flat screen TV so you can watch your shows in bed. the large En suite bath has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a tub for soaking away the stresses of shopping, golfing, hiking, or sunning. Guest bedroom: Cheery and bright with a Queen bed, dresser and closet. En suite guest bath has a step-in shower. The large den/3rd bedroom: The large den can transform into the 3rd bedroom for extra guests with it's Trundle Day bed (2 twins). There's lots of seating and a large HDTV for a family gathering or for extra guests. The Den has an En Suite bath complete with a Jacuzzi tub only. For parking just pull into the spacious 2-car garage or driveway. A full-sized washer and dryer are provided in the garage for your convenience.

OUTDOORS

The Beautiful large western-facing patio is great for entertaining while cooking something up on the gas grill or just sipping wine and watching the sunset, or counting the millions of stars in the clear desert sky. The community pools are just a few condos away. Monterey Country Club offers annual Golf and Sports (tennis and fitness) packages. This package is not included with the rental and can be purchased separately at the guest's discretion. The access to the Clubhouse, Golf, Fitness, and Tennis is NOT included with the rental of the property. Please call the Club House for the current rates: 760-568-9311.

GUEST booking the property must be 25 YEARS OLD, & must occupy the property during the entire term of the booking.   The main guest (MG) is responsible for behavior of all occupants.

Maximum OCCUPANCY is provided in the property listing. 2 people per bedroom.  

No excessive NOISE allowed beyond the property. City prohibits renters from using sound devices (radios, sound systems, etc.) & musical instruments outside the rental property between 10 p.m. & 10 a.m. Failure to comply will result in fines, & removal from property without refund.

1 CAR is allowed per bedroom. Guests must use garage & driveway parking. No street parking, no boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs.
 
If a property is not PET friendly, we may allow a pet under certain circumstances. Please inquire. For pet friendly properties please disclose if bringing a pet at the time of reservation inquiry. A non refundable fee of $250 is required. Pets allows only if under 35 lbs and one pet. Unauthorized pets will result in fee of $500. 

SMOKING of any kind is prohibited at the property.  Smoke smell/odor found post departure authorizes manager to remediate the smoke smell, & the main guest will incur a fee of $2.10 per sq. ft. times the property square footage per title records.

BBQ only be used if provided by the Owner & do not relocate BBQ. Open flame is prohibited, I.E candle burning, charcoal BBQ’s. Do not dismantle smoke & carbon monoxide detectors. 

All guests & responsible occupant acknowledge use of the pool/spa amenities increase the risk of injury &/or death. POOL AND SPA use is at your own risk. THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Use of Pool, Spa and Pool Area amenities can cause serious injury, including death. The occupants accept this risk when booking the property.

POOL HEATING may be added to your booking. Daily pool heating fee is based on current rates of Natural Gas and size of the pool. Please inquire with the booking agent for a quote. 

The manager will request a copy of the main guest ID prior to check in.  Main guest may be required to sign additional agreements. No refunds for early depatures. 

UNINTENTIONAL DAMAGE must be reported to the manager prior to departure. Accidental property damage is covered up to $1,500 by LDW Fee in your booking fee. Accidental damage not reported during the stay will be treated as intentional damage & the cost will be charged to the Main Guest reservation.

If  property is no longer able to honor this reservation due to unforeseen circumstances & out of Manager’s or Owner’s control, Manager will issue a full refund immediately to the Responsible Occupant.

Reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of deposit, damage deposit, &/or balance of rental payment. If any occupant violates any terms of this agreement, PDVP may terminate this Agreement. PDVP will notify the Responsible Occupant of agreement termination, & the Responsible Occupant will vacate the promise within 3 hours.

Building Codes that are applicable for residential homes are not required for handicap accessibility. This home is not ADA compliant. Manager is not aware of any toxic fungus/mold or other mold which may exceed allowable levels.

Palm Desert Vacation Properties, iTrip or the Owner, do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does the owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

The MAIN GUEST booking the property must be 25 YEARS OLD, and must occupy the property during the entire term of the booking.   The main guest is responsible for behavior of other occupants.

One CAR is allowed per bedroom. Assigned parking spaces may apply for properties located within an HOA. Guests must use garage parking and driveway parking first. No street parking is allowed.

POOL AND SPA use is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Use of  Pool, Spa and Pool Area amenities can cause serious injury, including death. The occupants accept this risk when booking the property. 

POOL HEATING is not included in the rental rate for 27 day or longer stays from October trough April. Pool heating may be added to your booking at the rate of $35 per day.

Guest Bookings 27 days or longer require a Security Deposit of $2,500.

Palm Desert Stay for Power Trip Festival

I decided with my two brothers to attend the Power Trip Rock Festival to watch our favourite band AC/DC for possibly the last time. Coming from Europe, we did not know what to expect from the Californian desert but we were pleasantly impressed. Your property made the experience all the more fantastic. Leaving the three day festival every night to this cosy and welcoming property with beautiful views of the mountains and the gold course made for a fantastic stay. Thank you for a brilliant holiday!

Great Stay

Arrived at unit a day later than we booked , due to other commitments. Entry into the unit was as instructed and went well! The Unit seemed larger than I expected which was great! The living room and kitchen back onto rear patio and the golf course, and the most spectacular panoramic mountain views. :The patio has an excellent BBQ grill that was the cleanest of any rental I have ever stayed at and was of good quality! The unit is a bit of and older unit and could use some updating in a few areas , but everything was very clean and tidy !! The bedrooms and den are nicely furnished and the King bed in the master was a bit firm for me , but still comfortable! The kitchen is not the original kitchen and is a bit more modern with good utensils and cookware ! There is a Keurig coffee maker , but could have used a few pods left for us instead of the greeting bottle of wine that was at the Unit , which was a a nice touch ! Coffee in the morning is very important ! Washer and dryer in the garage were very ancient and there were new ones in the garage , but they were not hooked up yet ! There is a gas fireplace which we used regularly due to the cold Palm nights , and the central heating also worked well with 2 thermostat zones! It did get hot during the day while there, and the air conditioner also worked very well! We felt very at home here and had an excellent stay . I would not hesitate to rent it for a month stay again given the opportunity! M Kowalchuk

The home is centrally situated for shopping and golf. Well maintained and well stocked with utensils, appliances and linens. Clean and roomy. itrip owner Boris replaced propane tanks incredibly quickly. I would book this home again.

Perfect Location with Exceptional view

The Condo was exactly as pictured online, only the view was so much better. We arrived and everything was clean & neat. All we had to do was add the groceries. It was when we arose the next morning that the view over the Monterey Country Clubs second fairway was so stunning, the mountains were covered in snow almost down to the desert floor. We’re already planning our return.

Comfortable, warm and spacious

My family stayed at this lovely home for a much needed getaway. All of the arrangements with the owner and property manager were handled seamlessly. Upon arrival, the home was very clean and well appointed. There are two bedrooms with very comfortable beds with a separate bathroom for each bedroom. There is also a family room with a large television, pull-out couch and it's own full bathroom. The family room/extra bedroom was a highlight for our children, as they were able to hang out in there on their own, have their own television to watch, sleep in there if they wanted, and even have their own bathroom to use if they wanted. There is also a separate living room with its own TV to which the kitchen opens up, which was a great set up for us as we cooked quite a few meals. The kitchen and living room look out to the lovely mountains and the home's patio has plenty of seating to enjoy dinner or morning coffee outside. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials - plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans. This is a lovely property for families as the gated community is primarily flat and perfect for bike riding and running, if that floats your boat. We brought our bicycles and were able to ride around the neighborhood everyday. There are also plenty of pools around the neighborhood, two of which are very close to the home, so swimming and hot tub soaking is a convenient option. The home is also in a great location to so many family friendly activities, including the Living Desert, Children's Museum, and Get Air (indoor trampoline park). It is also within minutes of El Paseo and The River for great shopping and dining options. If you are looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and generally wonderful getaway, this is the home for you!

Wonderful condo!

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo for the month of February and we have already booked it again for next year. We love it! The location in the Monterey Country Club can't be beat. It is close to everything, including great shopping, the College of the Desert, El Paseo, and lots of restaurants. The condo itself is very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The mountain view from the west facing patio is amazing. The rental process was smooth and easy. Nicole, the owner of the management company is wonderful to work with.

Fantastic Winter Getaway

The home was as advertised and then some, all of our needs were taken care of. Nicole from Palm Desert Vacation Properties was VERY helpful. Disappointed

Little disappointed. The unit was listed as a 3 bedroom unit and there were only 2 bedrooms. There was another family room with a pull out bed. Also, the refrigerator leaked water and would not dispense ice. The outdoor area was nice put the area need to be cleaned, the tile area was really dirty.

I'm sad to see that you weren't able to correct the rating as you mentioned you did click on the wrong star rating in an email to me. To clarify the 3rd bedroom/den, the property description on the listing site reads as follows: The large den with sleeper sofa has a large HDTV for family gathering or for the extra guests. The Den has an En Suite bath complete with Jacuzzi tub. Regarding the ice maker, I was at the home the day after you had left and it was working after I cleared out a small cluster of cubes in the dispensing area. When we spoke during your stay and I didn't hear back, I had assumed it was working just fine. I would have thought/hoped you'd call me back if it hadn't started working within the day. I'll be sure to follow up more frequently next time. Also, when I was at the home the refrigerator was not leaking any water. Regarding the patio, Denise swept it off the morning of your arrival. Please understand, that in the desert, it is very dusty outside, and it can accumulate quickly. Lastly, when Denise had asked for a review from a guest of your party, she received the following reply: "Will do. You have been great to work with and really appreciate everything." "Headed to the airport. Great week. Very nice condo." I apologize for any minor inconveniences you experienced, but I feel this 2 star review is not warranted, and I hope you're able to edit the review rating as you said you'd like to.

We stayed at this condo for four nights over the July 4th holiday. While the temperatures soared, the condo was a cool, quiet refuge during the midday. In the evenings the west patio is a perfect spot to watch the twilight fade into the starry night. There is very little more relaxing than to enjoy drinks while the desert air cools and the birds and bats come out to play. You have a choice of a handful of nearby swimming pools and the golf course is just outside the door (and easy to get a tee time in the summer!). There is easy access to shopping (TJs), movies and the fun and hip downtown of Palm Springs. We've stayed in many rental condos and found that this one was among the best with its well stocked and equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. You can even use the garage to get your car out of the sun (very important in Palm Desert in the summer). This place is great for an easy and comfortable stay.

Awesome Condo With Outstanding Views

Our favourite thing about this condo was the gorgeous mountain views. We enjoyed many hours on the large west-facing patio. This condo was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. There were 3 flat screen TVs and the large one in the den has Netflix. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals including great appliances, and lots of nice cookware, dishes, glasses, and cutlery. Both beds were very comfortable. There were lots of high quality towels, and an abundance of shampoo, conditioner, lotions, and body wash. We stayed for a month and did not have to purchase any toilet tissue, Kleenex, paper towels, laundry soap or dishwasher detergent. There was an adequate supply of all these. We love the Monterey Country Club. You can't beat the location. The property managers were WONDERFUL to work with. They immediately responded to our questions. They went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay at this condo. I highly recommend itrip vacations. We have already booked this condo for a visit next year.
