INDOORS

The condo offers plenty of natural sunlight and faces east, providing open space and beautiful views of the golf course. The living room features a sectional sofa, a wet bar, and those same lovely views of the golf course, along with a dining table that comfortably seats six. The spacious dining area also accommodates six people. The kitchen is well-stocked for all your cooking needs and provides direct access to the backyard, which also boasts views of the golf course.

SLEEPING QUARTERS

Main Bedroom: The very comfortable King bed is a great place to end your day of fun. Multiple closets and a dresser make it easy to store all of your clothes. A 42-inch Smart TV is available for guests to watch their shows in bed. The large en-suite bathroom features a double vanity and a walk-in shower. Guest bedroom: Cheery and bright with a Queen bed, dresser, and closet. The en-suite guest bath features a shower-tub combo. The large den/3rd bedroom: The large den can transform into the 3rd bedroom for extra guests with it's sofa bed (2 twins). There's lots of seating and a large HDTV for a family gathering or for extra guests. For parking just pull into the spacious 2-car garage or driveway. A full-sized washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

OUTDOORS

The beautiful, large east-facing patio is perfect for entertaining. You can cook on the gas grill, enjoy the morning sunrise, and at night count the millions of stars in the clear desert sky. The patio features chaise lounges and an outdoor dining table that seats six, perfect for al fresco dining. Additionally, a rollout awning provides shade on warmer days. The community pool and are conveniently located just two condos away.

Close enough to walk to the famous Palm Desert Street Fair. 2 miles away from world-class shopping and restaurants on El Paseo, the Rodeo Drive of the desert. 20 minutes from the Palm Springs Airport. Centrally located for all of the offerings of Coachella Valley. Just pack your sunscreen and we will provide the sunshine!
