On a balmy Winter Desert evening cozy up by the fire in the large fireplace. Watch your favorite shows on the very large HDTV with surround sound. The Dining Table with seating for 6. The Kitchen Bar with it's 4 bar-stools top off the room making this Living space perfect for entertaining.

Leave the cares of the outside world behind as you step onto the covered Southwest Facing Patio. Enjoy one of the unique pleasures of Desert Living by cooking up something on the new Gas BBQ grill and dining Al Fresco under the desert zillion stars at the table for 6. Or, for those charcoal aficionados, there is a wonderful Weber Grill. The Sparkling Pool and Spa are the focal point of this totally private backyard which is complete with comfy loungers for soaking up the sun. The Pool is situated to where it gets a fair amount of shade during the day.

The large Fully - Equipped, Gourmet Kitchen has granite countertops; stainless steel appliances; a large island; and a breakfast nook. Complete with both a Keurig Coffee Maker and a standard drip coffee maker for your use along with everything else imaginable.

The Main Suite has a King Sleep Number Bed and an En Suite bath with Soaking tub and walk-in shower. Opening onto the Pool and Spa, this becomes the ultimate retreat. The large HDTV is perfect for lounging on your Sleep Number bed and watching the shows you have missed.

Guest Bedroom 1 has a wonderfully comfortable Queen Bed and the En Suite Bath has a Shower / Tub combination.

The Den/3rd bedroom has a Queen bed and opens up to the foyer. There's a powder room just across the hall.

The detached Casita is just past the Pool and Spa and has a New Queen mattress As of September 2020. En Suite Bath has a Walk-in-Shower.

POOL HEAT

The sparkling pool and spa takes center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool heat is available for $65 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and the pool's size.

We have rented homes in PS/PD for years, usually for a month so we get throughly acquainted with the property. This home was well maintained, clean, with a very well outfitted big kitchen. Since our family joined us for Easter and the following week, we tested its ability to serve eight adults and it did so in fine fashion. The only caution I would suggest is that the pool cement pool apron is very slick when wet and if guests have mobility issues at all it is a big risk. We had no children with us, but children running would be a danger. A lose drain strip on the patio was a clear tripping trap.

Spacious open floor plan with great kitchen well equipped. All the bedrooms are good sized and the Casita is wonderful for guests. Pool/hot tub is great for families with plenty of pool toys. Stayed over 30 days and mid-stay clean was wonderful. Pool Maintenance and Landscape people were excellent. This home is great for families!

We enjoyed a month long stay in this beautiful home in a quiet, safe and centrally located Palm Desert neighborhood. We have rented houses in the Valley for 20 years and have never had such genuinely helpful hosts - the owner and staff from Palm Desert Vacation Properties were friendly and professional. They also stock the house with all the basics you'll need to get started with your stay. The house was immaculate when we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals at home. The three bedrooms and casita were comfortable - nice beds and plenty of towels and linens. The backyard is fully enclosed and great for pets and kids, with several conversation areas for the whole family. The pool and hot tub were such a nice addition! We will definitely rent again!

The home worked out perfectly for my 3 sibs and I! We had a family wedding about 8 miles away on Sat and it was wonderful. Would definitely highly recommend your home and stay there again if we return! ! Small issue with pool heat but management company handled very well. Thank you!!

The property is priced accordingly. Well stocked kitchen and furnishing are newer. Pool and spa are in working order. Bed in Casita is older and our guest complained is was bad.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in the jacuzzi every night. Location was excellent since we played Shadow Ridge 3 times and the other golf courses were close by. The only downside is the bed in the den compared to the other rooms since we had four adults. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. Would stay here again. Price is very reasonable.

My brother's family came to Palm Desert to visit my mom so I rented this house for all of us. It was perfect! The location was ideal as my mom lives in Palm Desert Greens, right across the street. The pool and hot tub in a gorgeous setting made for a family oasis. My niece and I spent lots of time swimming and we all enjoyed relaxing in the yard. The house is beautiful and the casita was my own separate little five star suite. We will be back soon!

The house was just as it said in the description. There were 6 adults, 1 teenager and a baby. The space we had was great. Rooms were very comfortable. Pool was awesome, even though the weather was not hot hot, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. The heater was a little difficult to use. that would be my only downfall. They need better instructions for the heater, We had a wonderful family vacation for 5 days after Christmas. Nicole was great to deal with and looked after any questions we had promptly

This house was a wonderful rental for our family get together. It was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed during our visit. We had a party of 8 which fit us perfect. The casita was a great retreat for my parents to take a break in the evening. There is a large backyard with a pool and hot tub and also a grill. Check in was easy and the management company is very accommodating.. I highly recommend.

We stayed in this delightful Palm Desert home over the Thansgiving holidays. The home was spacious, very clean, and everything we needed was there. We were joined by children and grandchildren. In all there were 7 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was a great home to entertain in. We all had a great time and we would highly recommend this home to others.

The reservation process was easy and stress free. Thanks Terry The Check in process , the day of rental, was easy and Nicole was friendly/very helpful and went above and beyond to help us. This house and the yard is beautiful. It delivers on the pictures from the website! I loved the cozy Updated decor and great, open layout. Stocked with newly bought extras and supplies made staying here so comfortable. Even had maps/books on Palm Spring activities/places to go (which we used) The neighborhood is quiet and so easy to navagate from. However, you will need a car rental to access amenities. We made use of the Casita. My teenage daughter loved it!! Our only disappointments of the property, were the heated pool and WIFI. The pool never did heat up, boiler kept tripping. We were only able to use the hottub. There was an issue with the WIFI (Nicole provided a workaround until provider could do a service call) I am confident this is a random IT issue and will be fixed immediately. I would recommend this property to my friends :) Great Value.
