The living room centers on a sleek stone fireplace with a wall-mounted TV above it, surrounded by deep sofas and velvet swivel chairs. A gallery-style dining area seats eight beneath a sculptural chandelier, so dinner feels like an occasion every night.

The chef's kitchen has a quartz waterfall island, a professional-style gas cooktop, double wall ovens and a stainless steel refrigerator, along with a coffee station for slow mornings. A wet bar with a wine fridge and floating glass shelves sits just off the dining area, ready for evening cocktails. A private office with a desk and dual monitors makes remote work easy. The laundry room has a stacked washer and dryer and a utility sink.

SLEEPING QUARTERS

The primary suite is a true retreat, with a vaulted ceiling, a ceiling fan, a wall-mounted TV and a king bed. Sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool deck. A custom walk-in closet has plenty of built-in storage. The spa-inspired marble bathroom has a freestanding soaking tub, an oversized walk-in rain shower and dual vanities with backlit mirrors. The second bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom features a queen bed and connects to an en-suite bathroom featuring striking dark marble, a walk-in shower, and a backlit mirror. Both guest rooms have a ceiling fan, a wall-mounted TV, and a walk-in closet.

OUTDOOR SPACES

The backyard feels like a private resort, with the fairway, palm trees, and the Santa Rosa Mountains as your backdrop. The sparkling pool connects to a mosaic-tiled spa. Orange chaise lounges and umbrellas line the deck. The primary suite opens directly onto the pool area. A long covered patio with ceiling fans holds a plush outdoor lounge and a dining table set for alfresco dinners. A manicured lawn on the side of the house adds more room to spread out. The property features a 4-burner BBQ grill.

THINGS TO DO

El Paseo's upscale boutiques, art galleries, and restaurants are just minutes away. The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens is a short drive from the house and makes for a memorable morning out. Civic Center Park is close by for a walk or a picnic. In the evening, you can catch a performance at the McCallum Theatre.

An exterior entry security camera is present. It is not monitored and is only utilized when the home is vacant.

POOL HEAT

The sparkling pool and spa takes center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool heat is available for $65 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and the pool's size.

PET-FRIENDLY POLICY

One dog per reservation is permitted unless additional pets are approved in advance. Dogs must be under 35 pounds and at least 12 months old, unless an exception is approved in writing by the property owner. Due to insurance requirements, certain breeds and mixes may not be permitted, including Pit Bull/Pit Bull-type breeds, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Bullmastiffs, Boxers, and similar restricted breeds. Any exception must be approved in writing before arrival. Please do not bring a pet that does not meet these guidelines without prior approval. Guests are responsible for their pets throughout their stay and for any damage, excessive cleaning, odor removal, or other pet-related costs. Pets should be well supervised and may not be left unattended when doing so could result in property damage, excessive barking, or disturbance to neighbors. Pet requirements may vary by property based on homeowner preferences and insurance requirements.
