Some what clean. Bathroom small. Location is great. Priced right. I would recommend to anyone. Sunsets were fantastic. weather was predictable rain every afternoon but then cooled off. The beach is fantastic.

Nice view of Siltcoos Lake and great location for exploring south of Florence. Clean, cozy, and comfortable beds. Well-stocked kitchen. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms & 1.5 bathrooms, and the lower floor is studio-style with bunks & 1.5 bathrooms too, and both units have kitchens, so plenty of room to spread out. Thanks for the great stay!

We loved our stay at Las Brisas. The condo was large with two rooms, clean, and easy to find. This is our second time staying at this condo and we really enjoyed our stay. The condo is equipped with all of the things you need to cook, for the beach and to relax.

We took our 21 year old and 3 year old for Christmas. The big boys skies and the little one played in the snow. The views from the living room are magnificent! There was a humidifier for each bedroom, which was clutch! Lovely modern home with easy access to both Beaver Creek ans Vail!!

This was a very nice place. We had an excellent time. There were some things needed as far as kitchen ware. Baking sheets would be nice to have in case some one wanted to do biscuits or cookies during the stay. Regular pot holders. Maybe a Keurig, not many do regular coffee pots anymore. Will be staying again.
