INDOORS
The main house features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath with an attached private entry, one bedroom casita & bath. Once you walk into the home you are welcome with an open and beautifully decorated living room. The living room features a 65in Smart TV, ample seating for 6. Kitchen located next to the living room features an open kitchen connected with the dining table and a seating area. The open kitchen features everything you need to complete your meals, and is amply stocked. Bedrooms are located on the west and east side of the property providing privacy. Located next to the entry is an office and a daybed for the overnight guests. The laundry room is located next to the two car garage.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main bedroom features a king bed, a 50in. Smart TV, walk in closet and connect to en-suite bathroom featuring double vanities, bathtub and a showert. The main bedroom is connected to the resort style yard through the large and bright sliding door. The two guest rooms are located on the opposite side of the home. Both feature queen beds, 46in. Smart TVs, ceiling fans and closets. The guest bedrooms share a bath across the hall. The privacy entry to the casita is located at the entry to the property, featuring a queen bed, 50in Smart TV, microwave, small refrigerator, lage closet and bath.
OUTDOORS
The private yard provides ample sun throughout the year as it faces south. Catch some sun and relax on the chaise lounges, enjoy lunch or dinner in the shade under the patio cover. The pool and spa are a great amenity to use while on vacation! Relax at night and watch the sunsets while sitting next to the fire table. The property also features a 4 burner gas BBQ grill.

Conveniently located with Albertson's Groceries and Bristol Farms nearby. Walk to Starbucks or Peet's Coffee in the beautiful desert mornings. Cleaning teams continue to use PPE and our staff practices social distancing and frequent hand washing. No Smoking, No parties. Small dogs under 30 pounds are considered with photo approval and $200 pet fee. For Cancelation Policy please refer to the Rental Agreement.
