The house was absolutely beautiful. The bedrooms were a great size and worked out well for what we needed. The house was super clean and ready to go for us when we got there. Communications with the owners was easy and quick as well! We loved having quick access to the beach. We definitely would book this house again!

This 'Coastal Living' interior was lovely! It was the reason we selected this beach house and it did not disappoint. It was perfect for our stay and served our needs well and we looked forward to returning to spend the evenings and nights in it. The only disappointing part of the Rookery III stay was that the pool was not clean and that we had to drive so far to a public beach.

The condo worked out great for our trip. the shuttle ran so easily to and from Vail. The condo was comfortable and worked great for our family. I would stay here again but it is right on the highway, not sure I would stay here in the summer with the windows open. might be loud.

We stayed at this place for a few months in the "off season". The apartment was spotless! It had all the essentials and enough space for the things we brought. The location can't be beat- close to downtown, Schlitterbahn, the highway, and right on the river. The hosts are awesome!! Always friendly and very quick to respond to any issues. We feel lucky to have found this place!

I do agree with previous comments about the mattress..but it was o.k. The only issue we had was dryer not get clothes good dry. I dried 3 thin towels for over a hour and still were not completely dry. Also the air conditioner never got really cool..ceiling fans helped. Condo was very nice and beautiful view. Close to restaurants and shopping. Would like to come back.
