We always enjoy our trips to Blue Mountain Beach. Sea Bluff condo #11 does need some remodeling, especially in the master bathroom. However, the master bed is extremely comfortable, and our boys slept great in their beds. We had no problems with the refrigerator, as noted in other reviews, and the air conditioning worked well.

We had such a great experience this stay. The condo's location is excellent. It's right on the beach and the views and balcony make you feel like you're on the beach even when inside. The size of the rooms were generous and the bathrooms were really nice. The hard surface floors were very clean.

We had a great time at this condo. Walking and biking distance to town and the lifts. Great family space with the living, dining and kitchen area all open to each other and wonderful private master bedroom with great views!

loved this little unit - everything you could possibly need steps from the beautiful beach - clean sparkling pool - wonderful view - we were here wed thru Saturday and had the beach pretty much to ourselves til Friday night when it got a bit busier and noisier - but unit was clean - cute - perfect. we will be back!

Whale of a time. Was an enjoyable place, easily entered and used for 5 teens and 6 adults. Over 30 beach towels were available, lots of beach toys, and we were able to rent golf carts. Cooking inside was easy, grocery store on IOP. Grill worked great but no grill tools.
