We visited for some pre-construction meetings on the island. We requested to extend our trip 3 different times and iTrip was very responsive and accommodating. House had everything we need plus nice ocean views from the top deck. The proximity to the BHI Club was great and we even walked there several times.

The Escape is just that. The property, from the fireplace to patio to the quiet comfort of the garage is blessing on so many counts. We stayed with small children during the Christmas holiday, and the condo took so much care of us that we relish the idea of coming back at first opportunity.

We have had a wonderful time here at Royal Garden. The place is very nice and very clean. We will recommend it to everyone. Great views of the ocean and sunrises. The staff at itrip have been fantastic. They have great communication and responded quickly to any issues. We really enjoyed the stay. Comfortable, clean and plenty of space for 4 adults. Love that it is so close to the park. Makes for nice walks without big crowds. Upgrades since the pictures- nicer than we expected.
