Had a great time at Marsh Mellow! The views from the screened in porch were amazing! We were welcomed to the home with great information from the iTrip binder. We were kept up to date and in the loop about arrival by text and questions were answered immediately. Highly recommend iTrip for vacationing!

The best location choice I’ve made for a very comfortable home that’s minutes walk to the beach. The house was equipped with everything we needed, spacious and we had a pool! Enjoyed dinner by the pool! Definitely going back to my new found, home away from home! 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Loved this place! Clean, updated, beautifully decorated. Loved that we could hop on our bikes and take the trail into town to shop, eat, ride along the river. My son loved jogging to the end of the street to the park each night to shoot basketball hoops. Right on river to enjoy putting tube in water and floating or fishing. So glad we stayed here!

Great location, walking distance to the lift that takes you to main base. Indoor/outdoor hot tub and pool were great amenity additions as well. House was very clean and included extra towels, blankets and everything we needed for cooking.

Staff was wonderful and unit was conveniently located. But a couple of issues inside the unit, master shower was clogged and water would back up, microwave broke (but a new, small unit was purchased and delivered in record time!) and fire place did not work but staff was very apologetic and offered to try and get and repair man into fix it. Overall a wonderful stay, just a few small issues.
