This was the perfect location for a relaxing recharge. Nice accomodations, calm neighbors and security onsite. Views are amazing. End of season stay so expected wear and tear but overall no complaints.

The condo was great. We enjoyed our stay. The only reasons I didn’t give it 5 stars were minor… no baseboards in the kitchen under cabinets, swimming pool is not heated (an issue for our older lap swimmer), and, seriously?? Only 2 wine glasses??? On the plus side, there were tons of mugs, plates and silverware. The balcony has great furniture and a wonderful view. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked out perfectly.

We were absolutely wowed by the gorgeous patio and view. The condo was nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook. Three full bathrooms and the washer and dryer were also a huge plus. Things that would have been nice were king beds instead of queens, and beach chairs.

Overall we had a very good trip with great pricing. Location was wonderful close to grocery stores, restaurants, and many activities. Our condo itself was very spacious. Only suggestion is possible minor updates to appliances, due to how loud they were when being used (dishwasher & washing machine). View was amazing and would definitely recommend this rental!

My family and I stayed at the Palms (unit 716) in Orange Beach, AL the first week in March. The weather was not consistently real warm and had some rain, but the beaches weren't crowded. We enjoyed the free bike borrowing program at Gulf State Park nearby. My husband enjoyed fishing. My daughters and I enjoyed the Tangers Outlet shopping. The condo was very spacious with great views and the kitchen was furnished with very nice tableware, utensils and laundry facilities. The dishwasher heat cycle did not seem to work. Needed some TLC and paint in the main living areas. Unit was very clean and quiet. We enjoyed working with the Beaches of Alabama iTrip team. They were very pleasant and helpful when we ran into a snag concerning the hot tub (there is none) in the listing and offered us a dolphin cruise for the family as compensation. We would definitely stay there again.

The Palms was a beautiful place. We loved everything about the condo. Centrally located near all the stores and many of the restaurants. The only problem was the cleanliness. Dust & hair found everywhere. The patio furniture had so much hair that we could not use it. I realize that there’s a shortage of staff & that maybe the reason.

This unit was in a great location. It was clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen was adequately equipped for cooking meals in. I recommend a few more coffee mugs for coffee drinkers. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The lanai has a new table and chairs which are nice and comfortable. The view from the unit is great. Access to the unit was easy. I also would have liked a broom and dust pan to use since the beach sand is inevitable. Just a FYI -Beach towels and chairs are not provided ( we were accustomed to renting in FL where these things are standard if you’re renting on the beach). I would highly recommend this unit to anyone traveling to the area.

bedding for 6 (without sofa bed), 3 full bathrooms, large balcony, well equipped kitchen, well maintained. We loved this spacious condo for our family gathering of 6. The teen girls each had their own twin bed which saved a lot of arguments. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, plates, and cups although mismatched. The balcony is quite large, but not furnished well: photos showed table and 6 chairs when we booked, but now shows the accurate 4 plastic chairs and 2 small tables. For a place that sleeps 6 this isn't enough. We would have loved to have 6 chairs and a table to eat outside or play board games.

All in all the condo was great. Were some minor things like fridge door leaked on to the floor. We just put a towel down to catch the brown water leaking. The beds were very comfy. The view was amazing!!! We would come back to this condo in the future for sure!! Great stay and enjoyed our visit here. :)

We can’t say enough how great our stay was!! The patio is mind blowing! It wraps all the way around the condo and is huge. Some areas down the beach looked crowded but outside of the condo was perfect...not crowded at all. We took our 5 year old and 9 month old and both were very comfortable in the condo. It was super clean, well stocked and quiet!

Great location and space for a family of five to stay during summer vacation! We loved the ease of getting to the beach and pool, as well as proximity to shops, restaurants, excursions and grocery stores. It was a treat to cook and prepare meals in the condo and eat al fresco on the balcony. Though some of the amenities could use updating, we felt very cozy and comfy in this home away from home!

We have stayed in multiple condos in Orange Beach and The Palms 716 is one of the nicest we've experienced. Clean, spacious and a well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable furniture and beds. The balcony is huge and the view can't be beat. We love The Palms because it is a smaller complex than others so you don't end up waiting forever for elevators. Highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at the The Palms 716 in Orange Beach. Our 4 night stay was everything we hoped for, our room with the spacious balcony was fabulous. The staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful, the location of the condo was perfect for our needs. We enjoy cooking on the grill and in our room, we had everything available to accommodate our needs. Our family ranges in age from the mid 50's to a 7 years old. The Palms was perfect for all our. This area is a very family friendly, I recommend it to anyone who wants the experience of a peaceful relaxing vacation.

We just returned from a very nice stay at the Palms 716. Our party included 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The condo was very clean, and beautifully decorated! I would certainly recommend this unit. The complex wasn't huge so there was never a wait for elevator, and there were always lounge chairs available at the pool. We enjoyed our stay!
