Phoenix IV 4121 is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo with an incredible Gulf-front view from the 12th floor.

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and dining room

• Tile flooring is throughout the unit

• The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats six and there are four bar stools for additional seating.

• Washer and dryer in the unit

• The living area has a sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• The second bedroom has a king-size bed

• The third bedroom has two double beds

• Maximum of two cars allowed. Parking passes are $55 each and are limited to 2. Guests must provide registration information in advance and will then purchase parking passes online via a link sent by email, after they have been registered.

• Minimum age to rent is 25.

• Fireplace feature in the condo is NOT available for guest use.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

We had a great time. The condo was great. Plenty of room, beautiful views. Had a couple of maintenance items but they responded within a day. We were very disappointed with the new policy at Phoenix VI relative to the weather. They closed the outside and inside pools and the hot tub areas when there was reported rain 20 miles away. Many times it wasn’t even headed in our area. They need to reduce the number of miles and watch the direction of the front. Since most of the times it was still sunny, we tried to enjoy the sun but they removed that partway through the week. We’ve been to Phoenix several years and never had this issue. They need to relook at their parameters.

Great condo!! Clean and wonderful location. Loved getting text from iTrip on flags and weather conditions each day. Those helped plan the day and just have knowledge of what was going on. Will definitely stay again.

I cannot say enough about this amazing place. EVERYTHING you need to feel at home was there. All the amenities you need to make it a great vacation is available in the building. The views were breath taking from the balcony. Also, the location is perfect, close to groceries, restaurants, tours, Florida beaches and PNS airport. Customer service was quick to respond to any questions or issues. We were so pleased with our that we decided to make this our yearly vacation destination. Thank you I-trip

We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed our stay ! We were comfortable and had lots of room ! Our only suggestion would be more towels provided for guests, better lighting in the hall and entryway and definitely upgraded cookware and knives! These are small things - but necessary over 8 days!!

The condo was very nice and the location was great. Great layout for our family. I would suggest they update the dishes and kitchen utensils, but the bedding and towels were sufficient. The mattresses were not the best but livable. The TVs were great but the internet was terrible. We had planned to do some work but did not have enough service to barely get emails. Netflix was out of the question. We asked for assistance and the company was quick to reset the router, but the service only lasted a short time before it went out again. The maintenance crew was quick to respond when one of our other units had ac problems.

Phoenix IV was great! we enjoyed our stay, with the condo being spacious enough to accommodate our family. it was very clean and well stocked with linens. Easy checkin and no trouble with parking. a great trip with with Tropical Storm Claudette.

The condo was fantastic! We could not have asked for anything better. The accommodations were top-notch. The kitchen was very well stocked and ready for anything that we wanted to cook. The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for anything that we wanted to do and within walking distance to many sites. The kids loved the pool and the beach. The view was amazing!! The condo exceeded my expectations and was great. Nothing negative to say at all. The only negative about the trip was the evacuation order that cut our vacation short but there is nothing anyone can do about that. Highly recommend this condo!

The air conditioner was broken upon arrival , however it was fixed with in an hour . The garbage disposal was also not working and they offered to come back and fix as well. . We rewashed the sheets upon arrival due to presence of hair . The pool could use to be updated. This being said , the place was immaculate and I would recommend this condo to another family . Any issues we had were addressed immediately . I would definitely stay here again . We are looking forward to a return trip . The location was amazing and the condo was gorgeous.

Not only was the condo absolutely gorgeous, but everything was exceptionally clean. The preparation communication from the property manager was excellent, no questions needed to be asked! Such a lovely place with amazing views, high-end furnishings and decor, and perfectly secure and safe for a woman traveling alone. I would recommend this for anybody!

This place is amazing. Peeling around the other condos common areas, balconies and hearing from others, this condo looks to be among it not the best condo in this multi condo community. The decor really makes this places stand out. Staying for multiple days we used the kitchen to cook for ourselves and there were more than enough utensils and kitchenware to make this place totally liveable. I have no desire to stay anywhere else and will be making a return trip here!!!

This would get a five star but the actual place (Phoenix IV) is a little behind. The staff have been great, they are always cleaning and helpful but we had an elevator down for a day and dirty clothes from the cleaning service in the hallway the whole week. The condo itself 4121 is amazing! Picture don’t do it justice! Was there sand on the floor? Yes. Are you on the beach? Yes. Of course YOU HAVE SAND ON THE FLOOR! There is sand everywhere, even places YOU don’t want it! LOL. This place is clean! We had some issues fingering out the shower temp put that may have been to throwing back a couple to many though the day. You want be disappointed if you get the pleasure of staying in 4121!!

This condo is well appointed, it was the perfect size for our family vacation (4 adults & 2 kids). It appears most of the interior has been recently updated. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The only negative was that one of the two elevators was broken during our stay. I can't fault this condo for that though, probably more of a building problem.

This is a beautiful condo, spacious and roomy with everything we needed. We were 2 families of 5 and everyone had room. We loved that we could sit on the balcony and see the dolphins while we ate breakfast. We also loved that there was an outdoor and indoor pool on site after we tired of being on the beach all day. The only negative, and it really isn’t a negative, was only 1 elevator was working instead of both. Other than that, it was an absolutely wonderful trip. We will definitely try to stay her again.
