This clean townhome is well-equipped and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. It’s a great location, as it’s near the free bus and close to the gondola and dining. The furnishings, while a bit dated, are comfortable and clean. It was a good deal for the price.

My family just wrapped our 4th visit to HHI and 1st visit to The Cottage. We had a fantastic time and loved loved loved the Cottage at 8 Park Road. The home was perfect! We will be back as soon as possible and will absolutely stay here again. Beautiful beach decor, completely renovated, everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. Thank you iTrip team. Beautiful condo. Description is accurate, newly remodeled. It was great for our weekend getaway. Very clean, well stocked with appliances, towels. No issues. Beautiful view, very quiet. We enjoyed our stay and plan on returning at some time.

Nice location very close to the beach. Able to easily walk to downtown Rehoboth shops and restaurants. Liked the porch and enjoyed the apartment. Nice skylights, newer appliances, comfortable beds, very clean. Stairs might be a drawback for older folks or small children. Would be happy to rent there again.

We absolutely loved our condo unit and our stay at Phoenix West II. The resort has so many amenities, which is really great for all age groups. Our unit was clean, spacious and fully equipped. We absolutely loved the lazy river! The property managers were so helpful and addressed all of my questions before our arrival. We are definitely planning to come back!
