So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free) and then golf at lunch (one person is free) and then the waterpark that afternoon (one person is free.) Or you may choose to go to the waterpark in the morning with the kids (one person is free) and your husband can go play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of the activities every day and one of your party is free every day.
These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

We appreciate the feedback. The keys were not in the mailbox yet because it was not check in time but it is located in our driveway so it took a matter of a few minutes to bring them out. It is outlined in our description of the unit and in the guest's check in instructions that they must purchase the parking passes. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated.

We find it important to listen and respond in a manner that is pleasing for all involved. As a management company sometimes we are the last to be informed of things that are taking place onsite. Thank you for your recent stay! Pleased to know the unit was sufficient for you, that you found it to be nice, spacious for your family, and most important clean. It certainly does boast beautiful views from the balcony! Who could put a price on less crowded beaches and parking right outside the unit? Our housekeeping staff takes great pride in providing you our guest with a unit that is pleasing. Our inspectors follow behind them to make sure their details are in order. They are trained to pull items such as comforters/mattress pads that have visible stains of any kind for laundry service. If the stain was present at arrival you should have let us know. Our policy would have been to remove and replace immediately for our guest. With the way that bacteria and microorganisms travel today we air on the side of caution as not to put any of our guests in harm’s way. We appreciate your feedback and value your input.
Even with all these discomforts and you chose to stay an extra night! Never a complaint while being our guest! Not even a phone call to address any issues. Thank you so much for letting us know, even if it was after your stay! The shower will be addresses as well as the proper items placed in the kitchen. I have no words for the hanging wash cloth, the dried contacts on the bathroom floor or the mold in the toilet bowl. I can be honest when I say this unit has a new housekeeper! Thankfully the beach was enjoyable. We appreciate the feedback! We value input from all of our guests.
