Welcome to Onset Village, part of Wareham, Massachusetts - gateway to Cape Cod! Wareham is a maritime town located just before the Bourne Bridge and is 1 hour to nearby cities such as Boston, Providence, and Newport. Onset has some of the East Coast’s most scenic beaches, such as Onset Beach, Sunset Cove, and rustic Shell Point Beach. There are plenty of places to swim, rent kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, and other beach activities.

Sunset Beach House is on the 2nd floor and is the perfect rental in the heart of the adorable and walkable beach community of Onset Village. Onset Village is visible from the front yard and walking distance to anything you might need such as the beach, market, and restaurants! This home sleeps 6 people comfortably in 2 private bedrooms with queen beds and flat screen TVs and 2 public sleeping arrangements with a sleeper futon and roll away cot tucked into the living room closet.

You'll enter to a fully stocked modern kitchen with a dishwasher and various appliances i.e. refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and blender. You'll have all the kitchen equipment you need with plenty of drinking glasses, mugs, dinnerware, and cutlery - along with plenty of pots and pans and kitchen essentials. We provide plenty of bath towels and bed sheets for all sleeping arrangements, along with a welcome kit that has starter supplies for your stay such as: shampoo, conditioner, body soap, a fresh wrapped sponge, and dishwasher pods.

There is a private backyard area that has a propane grill and patio furniture and umbrella for outdoor dining. We also provide a beach cart and beach chairs in the shed in the yard. This rental comes with 1 parking spot in the driveway and also offers street parking. There is a laundromat directly across the street.

- Pets are prohibited at all times

- Parking is in driveway for 1 car with on-street parking in front of the house

- Please NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS, OR BANDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. Please be respectful of the neighbors at all times!

- These are all separate causes for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability.

**Please Note - this is a private home that sleeps 4 comfortably in beds and can accommodate 6 people due to a fold out futon in the living room and a rolling cot in the closet in the living room**

HOUSE RULES

  1. Tenant and guests agree to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant and guests found the premises to be upon check-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping. Towels should be placed in the bathroom on the floor.
  2. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles.
  3. Close and lock all windows and close all blinds in all rooms
  4. The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed 6 people, not including a child in a crib.
  5. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
  6. "No pets" policy must be observed. Pets are not allowed on premises.
  7. Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
  8. Parking is provided and details are included in the check-in instructions. If the property provides parking passes and they are lost or not returned, a $50 charge per pass will result (cost of replacement of the pass). 
  9. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
  10. Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Massachusetts, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Massachusetts or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
