Large 4-bedroom coastal retreat backing to Bainbridge Park located in the amenity filled community of Ocean Pines. Two living rooms. The kitchen appliances for the most part have been upgraded to stainless steel in 2018.

Two owner's suites, one upstairs and one downstairs providing plenty of room for guests. The upstairs owner's suite has a double-sided gas fireplace that can be enjoyed from the bedroom or the large whirlpool tub.

Two guest bedrooms and a separate bathroom are also located on the second floor with one "secret" bedroom hidden behind a bookshelf that acts as a bedroom door.

There is a second-floor balcony to take in the views of the spacious and private fenced in backyard backing to woods. The giant paved driveway accommodates six parked cars.

Ocean Pines Golf & Country Club is just around the corner, home to the Delmarva Peninsula's only championship golf course designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones, Sr. Enjoy a round of golf on this challenging 18-hole championship course nestled amid natural wetlands and scenic woodlands.

IF ANY RULES ARE VIOLATED, GUESTS MAY BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL FEES 

HOUSE RULES (STRICTLY ENFORCED)
  1. No Smoking anytime, anywhere in the property.
  2. No parties or loud noise.
  3. No pets allowed (Service animals MAY be allowed on a case-by-case basis, but Official Certification must be provided).
  4. No rentals can be reserved by anyone or groups under age 25.
  5. If a person age 25 or older books a property for guests under age 25, the person who books MUST CHAPERONE all those under age 25 and reside in the property for the entire stay.
  6. If the under age 25 rule is violated, all tenants may be evicted at anytime and without notice.
  7. If furniture is moved not returned to its proper place, a non-refundable fee of $125 or more will be charged to the bookder's credit card.
  8. Trailers, boats, or RVs are NOT allowed to park anytime without written permission (permission is a function of the property).
  9. Some properties may have video surveillance ONLY OUTSIDE the property.
  10. Some properties are located in resort settings or gated communities. Please read any help articles that are found in a separate article. Additional HOUSE RULES may apply.

Thanks again for another excellent stay at the Lighthouse. Really enjoyed all the updates that were done. This place is a perfect fit for my family in this quiet area just moments from the beach. I know the owner well and he puts his heart into this place and keeps updating, thanks Scott. Look forward to next year already. Great area just to go for a walk, golfing or about any recreational activity you want to do along with so many places to eat just within minutes of the rental. Thanlks again for a great trip.

Had a great experience, very clean, home had everything we needed, well equiped kitchen, open so that the whole family could have dinner and relax in the same proximity ( all 12 of us) . Close to the boardwalk , has a parking pass to the beach club which had a restaurant and facilities which is a plus with children. Owner had everything we could possibly need to go to the beach, chairs and a beach caddy as well as boogie boards. Will definitely be coming back.

Lighthouse seclusion is beautiful! While the pictures on the internet are nice, we thought it was actually even better when we stayed there. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, pretty much everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again! Only issues were shower upstairs go hot and cold constantly, and ant issues, but seems to be common as we had friends stay at other houses in Ocean Pines and they had same issue.

We totally enjoyed every moment of our trip here, the house is fabulous. I would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys peace and quiet and yet very close to the beach. A very nice and peaceful neighborhood. We will return next year. I enjoyed talking and texting Scott the owner also., a great person to rent from. Thanks again

Would cautiously rent again.

Hot and cold water wildly fluctuated, depending on how many showered at the same time. Garbage disposal was jammed, bought tool, fixed that. Igniter on propane gas grill did not work, got around that, very dangerous. Sleep number bed didn't work. Overall nice amenities, spacious, good experience. Would rent again with an eye on a few things.

Comfortable and Convenient

Great house! Super clean and well taken care of. The kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and we had access to beach chairs and umbrellas so no need to bring our own. The beach club is a quick and easy drive providing convenient parking and bathrooms. We packed our food each day, but food and drinks are available at the club. The house is close to shopping and restaurants without all the traffic. The development was great for our daily walk; safe with little traffic. Will definitely stay here again.
