HOUSE RULES

IF ANY RULES ARE VIOLATED, GUESTS MAY BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL FEES 

HOUSE RULES (STRICTLY ENFORCED)
  1. No Smoking anytime, anywhere in the property.
  2. No parties or loud noise.
  3. No pets allowed.
  4. No rentals can be reserved by anyone or groups under the age of 25.
  5. If a person age 25 or older books a property for guests under age 25, the person who books MUST CHAPERONE all those under age 25 and reside in the property for the entire stay.
  6. If the under age 25 rule is violated, all tenants may be evicted at anytime and without notice.
  7. If furniture is moved and not returned to its proper place, a non-refundable fee of $125 or more will be charged to the booking guest's credit card on file.
  8. Trailers, boats, or RVs are NOT allowed to park anytime without written permission (permission is a function of the property).
  9. Some properties may have video surveillance ONLY OUTSIDE the property.
  10. Some properties are located in resort settings or gated communities. Please read any help articles that are found in a separate article. Additional HOUSE RULES may apply. 
  11. Doors and windows to the unit must be closed while air conditioning or heating is in use

We have been here for two weeks and the unit is nicely updated and perfect location to the beach ocean block. The check in process was simple and detailed.

Condo was very convenient to everything. The pull cord on the verticals is broken and hanging down. The stove needs to be replaced. There is a coil hanging from the top that made us afraid to use it. All the silverware and pans were filthy and had to be run through the dishwasher the day we got there. There was sand on the kitchen counter. Counter is gritty and stained. The floors behind the bed needs to be cleaned. When the new furniture was installed they should have cleaned behind everything first. Nasty. There really should be safety grab bars in the shower.

We really enjoyed the beach condo. Clean and updated with nice beach decor. Loved that it was 1/2 block to the beach.

We stayed here for 8 days, 7 nights and everything during the stay went well. The communication (emails) prior to our arrival were very informative and the check-in process was easy and went well. The unit is well located and a short walk to the beach and a handful of restaurants. As stated in the listing the unit appears to be recently renovated and it was clean and comfortable inside. Herb (with property management ) communicated to ensure everything was going well and he was incredible throughout the whole process. I would also note that this area of the beach does have lifeguards and beach umbrella rentals. In summary a great trip and will definitely rent again!

Upon arrival I put the lockbox code in to find that there was no key in there. I called one of the property managers to be directed to voicemail as that was a little concerning I tried the second person who answered which I was grateful for and let me know that he had to call the locksmith to come and change the lock. 30 minutes later that problem was resolved. Once we gained access to the property we were then surprised to see that this property had never been cleaned. We were also told that we were the first renters of the season. Soiled and used linens on the bed. Floors were sandy and dirty. Bathroom shower, sink and toilet were dirty and had left over stains on them. Used towel and hangers on bathroom door. Old coffee stains on the kitchen counter, particles on the dining table. Open containers in the fridge that someone had drank out of and put back on the door. Pet hair all over the couch covers. Basically who ever rents this place does not take pride in it and cleans it for each guest. I had to clean the toilet and sink just to use it and strip the dirty linens off the bed. If I had stayed there longer than 2 days I would have demanded my money back for this is absurd especially for what this property is trying to charge for a 7 day rental. Very much false advertisement if I in fact paid for a cleaning fee and it was not clean. Next time I won’t rent a place that has no reviews!! Beware!!
