IF ANY RULES ARE VIOLATED, GUESTS MAY BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL FEES

HOUSE RULES (STRICTLY ENFORCED)

No Smoking anytime, anywhere in the property.
No parties or loud noise.
No pets allowed.
No rentals can be reserved by anyone or groups under the age of 25.
If a person age 25 or older books a property for guests under age 25, the person who books MUST CHAPERONE all those under age 25 and reside in the property for the entire stay.
If the under age 25 rule is violated, all tenants may be evicted at anytime and without notice.
If furniture is moved and not returned to its proper place, a non-refundable fee of $125 or more will be charged to the booking guest's credit card on file.
Trailers, boats, or RVs are NOT allowed to park anytime without written permission (permission is a function of the property).
Some properties may have video surveillance ONLY OUTSIDE the property.
Some properties are located in resort settings or gated communities. Please read any help articles that are found in a separate article. Additional HOUSE RULES may apply.
Doors and windows to the unit must be closed while air conditioning or heating is in use

This is my second time staying here, this time time for 5 days. The condo is great, very clean and well appointed. Location is great, elevator down, a few steps and you are on the beach. I will return.

The room was great except for the cheap paper blinds in the bedrooms. It let a lot of light in and created early mornings for us with our 15 month old. The view is beautiful from the private balcony! We were also very surprised when we were charged a $50 cash-only fee from the hotel when we checked in. Our email said it’s only charged between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The hotel said they charge it year-round. We came after Labor Day and still got charged. Of course I didn’t have the cash on me so I had to waste $3 at the ATM in the hotel lobby. Our email also said there was a bistro that serves Starbucks drinks and nobody knew what we were talking about. I think some of the information in the welcome email needs to be updated. Other than that it was great and the hotel had a lot of things to do. We would stay here again

The condo itself was very nice! I would not refer to it as luxury like the description says, but it was nice. The oceanfront location was phenomenal! We were very pleased with the space and the all the amenities at The Carousel. However, there was a quite noticeable gross brown stain on the grey bedspread on the right-hand side in the master bedroom and a large noticeable stain on the bedding in smaller bedroom. Thankfully, we brought all our own bedding to use. The second bunk bed was broken when we arrived. Luckily, we didn't have that many people staying with us where we needed that bed. We were not notified in advance that it was broken though. The broken parts were placed under the bed and the decoration hanging from the ceiling fell off before we arrived. The light next to sliding glass door did not work properly. It flickered on and off. The master bath shower floor was really dirty when we arrived. The ocean side balcony was really dirty when we arrived as well. The floor needs to be power washed and painted. The ottomans had bird droppings all over them when we arrived. It was obvious the cleaning team cleaned a bit prior to our arrival, but it would have been highly beneficial if they noticed and corrected these glaring issues (at least by washing the dirty bedspreads and cleaning the soiled balcony furniture). Lastly, based on the photos, we had the impression that there was going to be a balcony off of the master bedroom and there was not.

The unit was exactly as described. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of space. There is seating at the counter for meals (in lieu of a kitchen/dining table). The bathrooms and laundry room were recently remodeled. It was nice having outdoor space facing the ocean and facing the bay. Being on the floor with access to all 4 elevators was a definite bonus. The owners were very responsive when we had an issue with the range (it was resolved quickly despite it being a holiday). There were daily activities at the pools, fire pits, and a nightly ice show. We would not hesitate to stay here again. 🙂

The condo was just as pictured, no surprises. The stove should be replaced as there was a sticker on it saying that one of the burners was tricky but then it died during breakfast. The management company was as quick as they could be to get the repair man there and it was a simple fix but it should be replaced.

My sister and I came to this location for a short vacation with our 4 children. The room was spotless and the decor was beautiful but still comfortable for our kids to relax in the condo when taking a break from the beach. We had everything we needed in the room to cook and prepare meals for our kids. The hotel had great amenities for the kids to enjoy - we were especially excited to make our own smores! We had a minor issue with the oven upon arrival, but the host was responsive and sent someone quickly to come and fix it, even though we were only there for a short time. The location was just the best. We were right across the street from the grocery store so we could easily get anything we needed, and walking distance to many shops. Easy access to the beach, and not too crowded or overwhelming for our kids. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to use your property!

The Darcy’s condo was perfect for me, my husband, and our two year old. I’m a stickler when it comes to cleanliness in places we rent and the condo was absolutely spotless. The space is well-appointed and updated. We loved having the extra amenities for our little one downstairs and having the grocery store right across the street is an added bonus!

The Condo was clean and well stocked , the views from both balconies were amazing , amenities were also great , my only concern were the Matress and Pillows that were not comfortable and hard for our back . I would give 5 stars if it wouldn’t be for that . Overral we had a great experience !

This condo was the perfect place for our getaway. The patio that faces the ocean is the so nice. even thought it was raining we could sit and and see the ocean and feel the nice breeze. It was very modern and clean. There is a nice set- up for watching TV, playing game, or just sitting around talking. I would highly recommend this condo and location to others coming to others coming to OCMD!.
