Reviews

Great location and pool area
4/5 stars
The location and pool area were perfect for our group. The house overall is nice, but could use a good cleaning, cabinets/closets cleaned out and update some kitchen equipment and beach chairs. (Only 4 rusted and no umbrella). The outside shower door was hanging on with one screw and grill propane near empty…called property manager on Tues and never was addressed.
- Nicky

Nice house
4/5 stars
House was well equipped and open floor plan nice for family with small babies/ toddlers. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean, floors and countertops didn’t seem to have been thoroughly cleaned. Communication with property management prior to stay was very difficult, which was frustrating as I wanted specifics on size of exterior door leading to the pool so I could purchase a safety gate (since I was told there wasn’t an alarm or safety measures on this door). Never received this info, despite multiple inquiries and it turned out there WAS an alarm on that door. A few minor maintenance items noted- door hinges on exterior shower had dry rotted, a few lightbulbs out and some kitchen cabinets, although well stocked, were crammed and jumbled. Regular pool maintenance was supposed to occur on Tuesday (according to info lef For us) but never came. All in all a good property and location is great. Would recommend ans stay again!

Exceeded expectations
5/5 stars
We had never heard of itrip before so I was weary about renting through them. They exceeded my expectations. We arrived a few min early and ran into one of the staff at the house - she was so friendly and kind! We only had one small issue during our stay and it was resolved in less than 3 hours. Highly recommend

Great Beach Trip!
5/5 stars
This house was excellent! This was our first trip to Oak Island and honestly the first time in a very long time that I was sad to be done with a vacation at the end of it. This place just felt like home. We were two families, with a total of 4 adults and 5 kids and this house was a great size for our group. It is so well stocked so we had everything we needed and the pool was awesome!
- Logan

It's heartwarming to hear that our house felt like home to you and that it was the perfect size for your group with everything you needed. We're also delighted that you enjoyed the pool! We hope to welcome you back soon for another fantastic vacation!
