This newly updated condo has that modern nautical feel. The whites are as bright as clouds & are accented by the dark grays of a dolphin for a clean, relaxed vibe. Within Walking Distance is the Beach, Grocery, Restaurants, Shopping & a Gym with Daily/Weekly drop-ins. Lounge by & Swim in the condo community Pool & cook your fresh seafood, caught or bought, on their Charcoal Grills. There are 2 Covered Parking Spaces with additional Visitor Parking. For Convenience there is a Community Shopping Cart under the stairs to help with unpacking & using the Elevator to carry up all your luggage & provisions.

Enjoy being together but participating in your own activities in the Open Concept Living/Dining/Kitchen areas. The fully stocked Kitchen has lots of counter space for preparing meals & to create a buffet. It is large enough for more than one cook, if you choose. There are several Cookbooks to inspire your delicious meals. Dine at the Dining Table with close proximity to the Kitchen for easy serving & cleanup. There is a Bar at the Kitchen Counter for Breakfast, Snacking, Games, Mobile Working or just entertaining those preparing the meals. If you prefer Alfresco Dining with an Ocean Breeze & View, eat on the Covered Deck with access from the Living area.

In the Living area is a Large Comfy Sectional Sofa with room for everyone. A Large Coffee Table opens up to reveal extra blankets to cuddle up in. The coffee table is great for bringing your games to play or assembling your puzzles. The Large Screen Smart TV has Cable as well as the ability to Stream your favorite shows & movies.

Within 3 Bedrooms, this condo sleeps 8. Bedroom #1: King, EnSuite (Shower), Smart TV, Walk-In Closet & Dresser for unpacking. Bedroom #2: 2 Queen Beds, Smart TV, Dresser & Closet. Jack & Jill Bathroom (Shower) shared with Bedrooms 2/3; Bedroom #3: Queen, Smart TV, Dresser, Closet & Sliding Glass Door to the Covered Deck. The Washer/Dryer allows you to keep those swimsuits & towels at the ready for the next day’s Sun & Sandy Fun. Beach Chairs are stored on the Covered Deck.

*On January 10th, 2023 the Oak Island Town Council voted to approve paid parking on the island. The paid parking will be in effect from April 1 through September 30th and the hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The cost will be $5 per hour, $20 per day and $80 per week. Violations wil be issued if these new rules are not followed.*
