As you approach you notice the front porch will be a great spot to drink your coffee in the mornings & observe the goings on in the neighborhood. Enter & discover the Open Concept Living, Kitchen & Dining areas. With the Flick of a Switch, you have the ambiance of a Cozy Fire any time of year. Settle on the comfy sofas to watch your favorite shows on the Big Screen Smart TV. The large coffee table is perfect for Games & Puzzles.
In the Fully Stocked Kitchen the Large Island will provide More Prep Space & can serve as a Buffet. Extras include a Coffee/Wine Bar, Griddle, Blender, Crock Pot & Large Stock Pot for your Low Country Boils. Sitting in the 2 Seats at the Kitchen Bar lets you entertain the cook or grab a snack. The proximity of the Dining Area to the Kitchen makes Serving & Clean-up a Breeze.
Bedroom #1 has a Queen-Sized Bed, Smart TV & DVD Player, Dresser & Closet to Unpack. Bedroom #2 has a Twin Bed & a Bunkbed with a Twin on top & a Full on the bottom, a Smart TV, Closet & Dresser. A Shared Hall Bath has a Tub/Shower Combination.
Bedroom #3 is the Primary with a King-Sized Bed & an EnSuite. That Calming Cerulean Blue & Vaulted Ceiling stand out in this room. The EnSuite has a Double Vanity & Large Shower. Unpack & Settle in using the Dresser & Closet. Relax watching movies on the Smart TV. Lots of Natural Light is in part due to the Private Glass Door entrance to the Back Porch.

The Full-Sized Washer & Dryer will keep those Swimsuits & Beach Towels ready for the next day’s fun. An Outdoor Shower (Hot/Cold) will wash off the Salt & Sand before you go in. You can even easily wash off your furry family member in the outdoor shower. There’s even a Gas Grill to add flavor to your Delicious Meals.
If you are bringing your Boat, you’ll love the Pull-Through Parking, no backing up onto the street you entered on.

If you are bringing a pet, the pet fee must be paid prior to your check-in. Limit of 1 dog - The 1 dog must not exceed a combined weight of 40lbs. A non-refundable $200 pet fee will be added to the booking for bringing a dog. If you break house rules and bring more than 1 dog, a $500 pet remediation fee will be charged. If the reservation is marked as no pets, and evidence of a pet being on the property is discovered from your stay, you will be charged the non-refundable $200 pet fee plus a $500 pet remediation fee.

13. Please empty the trash and recycling bins inside the home into their respective larger outdoor bins.
14. No illegal substances allowed on the premises (including any legalized synthetics mimicking illegal drugs)
15. When returning from the beach, please be sure to rinse off sandy feet in the outdoor shower located under the home.
16. Anyone under the age of 21 years old is NOT permitted to operate the golf cart. Failure to follow this rule will result in a breach of house rules and loss of rental.
