Great stay for a family or small group of friends.

The layout was great to entertain, relax and paint or read and to enjoy the gorgeous beach. It’s nice that each room has its own bathroom and television. It’s really well kept and would definitely return. Just a short walk to the beach and pool and the property of wild dunes was also well kept and secure.

The screened-in porches do not disappoint. Plenty of seating and a nice breeze even in July. The fans also help keep the air moving. The outdoor shower was a plus. It was also nice to have a garage with a remote for the car—a great home in a convenient location to downtown and the beaches.

This is our 4th stay at Heron's Rest on Oak Island!! It is such a clean and comfortable condo close to EVERYTHING you need for a weeks stay at the beach! Well equipped kitchen, comfy living and dining area, deck facing the golf course! Best of all, quick walk to the beautiful beach!!! We will DEFINITELY BE BACK NEXT YEAR!!! Thanks Herons Rest and iTrip!!❤️❤️

Beautiful outdoor space. Pool and spa were great! House very nice but does need a little TLC (worn carpet in some areas, casita had smell like someone had smoked there). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Fabulous comfortable home, views from home are amazing. We loved sitting on the deck amongst the Aspens taking in the views of Mt Wilson. We had 8 people and plenty of room, wonderful kitchen!
