The Open Concept Living/Dining & Kitchen areas give everyone the space to be together while enjoying their own activities. Comfortable Seating in the Living Area with a Smart TV for Streaming your favorite Movies & Shows. The Fully Equipped Kitchen has both K-cup & Fresh Brewed Pot Coffee Makers. A Blender, Crock Pot, Toaster, Hand Mixer & 2 Charcoal Grills round out essentials to make your meals easier & delicious.

Bedroom #1 has a King-Sized Bed. Bedroom #2 has a Queen & Twin Bunkbed. Bedroom #3 has a Bunkbed with a Twin on the Top & a Double on the Bottom. The bottom bunk is close to the floor so younger kids can easily get in & out of bed by themselves. Children will love this room with plenty of things to entertain them. Toys, Games & a DVD/VHS player & TV with Family-Friendly movies. A Sofa & Rocker in this room are perfect for curling up with a book & hanging out while they play together. There is a Highchair, Stroller & Pack ‘n Play so you can pack a little lighter when bringing the younger ones. A Shared Hall Bath has a Tub/Shower Combination.

Outdoor areas include a Front Deck with chairs to enjoy the quiet neighborhood. Conveniently just outside the Kitchen is the Back Deck which has 2 Charcoal Grills & a table for al fresco dining. There is plenty of room in the large backyard for outdoor play.

This cottage is located towards the middle of Oak Island. Entertainment, Dining, Shopping & Grocery Stores are close by. Middleton Park is a short walk away with a wonderful playground and waterpark for the kids to enjoy! Tennis courts and pickel ball courts are also available. Golf Carts & Bicycles are available to rent locally. The cottage is a short distance from the Beach which has 2 piers for fishing or just enjoying the Sunrise or Sunset. Parks at the Intercoastal Waterway have docks for fishing or just relax watching boats go by. This is your destination for your Beach Getaway.
