The dining room and living space are an open concept with seating for 4 in the dining room, and comfortable seating for 4-5 in the living room, including a sleeper sofa that can accommodate up to 2 overnight guests. There is a flatscreen TV with cable, and the room opens to the fully screened 2nd floor balcony that overlooks the canal behind the property.
The master bedroom at the front of the condo, has a queen size bed, sizeable closet, and private en suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination.
The guest bedroom with a queen size bed uniquely opens to the living room with double louvered doors, and enjoys a view of the open living space, when door are opened. It is located next to the guest bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
The screened balcony has seating for 4 at a dining table and a peaceful view of the canal.
Off the balcony you will find the full size washer and dryer that is available for your use during your stay.

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes is allowed anywhere on the property; this includes the home, front entryway, and lanai.
