Our condo was amazing - no issues or surprises. Just as pictured and better! It was so nice to have a kitchen with everything needed - utensils, dishes, etc. check in/out was simple and contact free. I’ve never felt more comfortable with a vacation booking - can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful week at the beach. The weather was great, the beach was beautiful, and of course the condo was perfect in every way. We always enjoy staying at Emerald Key 203. As usual, we met many nice people at the pool who were guests in other units. We hope to be there again next summer. Thank you.

Mermaid's Folly great place for quiet getaway

The house was immaculate and well equipped for 6 adults over a long weekend. Felt like we were staying in someone's home, not a rental, which made relaxing very easy. Far enough away from the main drag and all the noise, but close enough to walk to and from the beach/shops.

This place was perfect for our family. We were able to bring the 3 kids, and both grandparents as the 3 king beds was perfect. Everyone had their own privacy. The townhome was awesome, especially the location. It literally snowed our entire trip! The perfect distance from the ski resorts, only 15 minutes or so to Keystone, 20 to Breck. We would love to return next year.

This was by far one of the cleanest condos we have stayed in. The building is well kept. The Pool and BBQ were conveniently located. The apartment had breathtaking views of the pool and beach. The beach is literally steps from the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay. Everyone was really nice. We will definitely be staying here again.
