This fully furnished, luxury townhome is spacious and has a covered patio overlooking one of Sea Island’s lagoon.

This unique property features two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a welcoming living room, a dining room, and a gourmet kitchen. If staying in touch with office is important, this property has WI-FI and office with a printer.

Perhaps the best feature of this property is the covered patio that overlooks the lagoon. The patio has a gas BBQ to grill and enjoy the ocean breeze in the late afternoon.

The property's open floor plan provides each bedroom and central living spaces with a level of privacy that makes this 2,300 square foot property feel extra roomy. Despite being so close to some many things to do, its location is secluded.

This property is filled with amenities through its 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Upon entry, you’ll feel at home with the large entry way. The living room features a large flat screen TV and a fireplace. There is a small bar and refrigerator adjacent to the living room.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was close to everything….Fashion Island, Balboa Island, Corona del Mar, the beach. The location is perfect. The inside is clean and spacious, everything was easy to find.
