Everything was spotless, comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen exceptionally stocked, beautiful condo and view. Owners need to provide bathroom scales for weighing luggage before getting to the airport. Shells get heavier than you think. With all the air restrictions this is a necessity. Huge plus was keyless entry.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset One for our summer trip to Breckenridge. Plenty of room to spread out and the downstairs area is perfect for kids. Short walk to and from Main Street in one direction and hiking trail to Sawmill Reservoir in the other.

Nice Place For a Snow weekend

The place was lovely, well-appointed kitchen and a fantastic location on the mountain. The spa facilities were really good too. The only minor downside was that it overlooked the car park (I couldn't tell this from the ad) & the pull-out sofa was uncomfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Four senior adults who enjoyed the beautiful view, nice clean condo, well furnished, and spacious. Many fun adventures in the ocean. Loved the daily walks on the great white beach. Priced right. Would love staying here again. ****

Great place to stay near Charleston with a group

We stayed here with our adult children and their spouses. We had plenty of room and everyone was very comfortable. The house is a short drive to downtown Charleston, the beach, Shems Creek, and other stores and restaurants. A great central location. The owner was responsive and we had no issues with anything. We will definitely stay again when we visit the area with a large group.
