Perfect house for one or two couples. House was ready before check-in time, clean and ready for our stay. We have had text messages to make sure everything is what we was expecting. This is our second time staying here.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Gathering Place. We had 4 couples (one with children), and there was a room for everyone. All the rooms being on one side allowed adults to stay up late on the other side of the house without waking up others. The surrounding neighborhood allowed for day and night bike rides. Great accommodations, we would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time on our fall break. The condo was very nice and the view was awesome. Got to look at the ocean every morning and watch the beautiful scenery God created. The only bad thing was the couch was very uncomfortable but I don’t know if I have ever been to a rental condo that they are comfortable.

Our visit to Garden City was a great getaway..Booking the condo with Itrip was easy and convenient. The condo was extremely clean and cute. We got messages checking on us and any needs during our visit. Definitely recommend booking rentals with them

Our stay at Canopy Shore was great! The location was perfect, with a great view of the sunset from the back porch. The location was convenient to everything in town. There was good communication the morning of our check-in, and everything was clean and kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to cook. Will definitely want to stay here on our next trip back to St. Augustine.
