SURVEILLANCE

For your safety, a security camera (a Ring doorbell) is located at the front door. The camera is facing towards the front yard and does not look into any interior spaces. The camera doorbell is actively recording video and audio.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

The property does not allow pets. If there is any sign that a pet has been in the house there will be a min. of $250 charge.
