History meets luxury in this 3 bedroom condo in a gated development in Nashville. The

original building dates back to 1865 and the Civil War and was, so the historians say,

once used as a tobacco auction house.

This (now non-smoking) building was left abandoned for many years, during which

time graffiti artists left their mark. The developers have retained many of their best

works as well as the pick of the building’s original features to give guests somewhere to

stay in Nashville that’s full of unique character and style.

The condo is one of four three bed properties on the top floor. Step inside to enjoy a

fusion of the modern and the traditional in a place where time-tested trusses and

original 150-year-old hand-cut beams meet modern luxury design features.

Talented interior designers have been at work, and discerning guests are sure to be

impressed by their attention-to-detail, and the careful preservation of original features

and exposed brickwork.

LIVING ROOM

There’s so much to delight you in the open plan living room / dining room / kitchen.

High ceilings really add to the space you get in an area that’s designed to let guests

socialize in style.

The biggest TV of the four in the house can be found in here - a 65-inch Roku smart

TV. So you can all gather to watch a movie or Netflix, maybe a sporting event during

your stay.

Two futon sofas provide the seating and extra sleeping space. For meals, games, or

even work, there’s a six-seater dining table around which you all can gather to eat

what’s been prepped in the….

KITCHEN

All the countertops, cabinets and appliances are high specification. That includes the

glass cooktop stove with oven, the brilliantly shiny stainless steel fridge/freezer and

dishwasher, and the stacked Samsung washer/dryer. Everything you’d

expect to find in a modern kitchen—including a full-size programmable coffee pot.

3 BEDROOMS

All three bedrooms offer luxury aplenty with the master featuring a kingsize bed and the

other two bedrooms queen beds. All have plush upgrade mattresses to ensure each guest

enjoys a comfortable night’s sleep. Each of the rooms also has its own 50-inch Roku

smart flat screen TV, so you can wake up to breakfast TV and maybe watch a late-night

movie in bed. All rooms also have luggage racks, so be sure to unpack your belongings

and really make yourselves at home.

2 BATHROOMS

Freshen-up in style and in modern surroundings in a pair of bathrooms that offer guests

a choice of a bathtub or shower. Your hosts will provide premium toiletries and towels

for each guest to use during your stay.

This superior and unique 3 bed condo on the top floor of a reclaimed 150-year-old building is located in the popular Charlotte Avenue area of Downtown Nashville.

It’s a semi-industrial area with a train service slowly and occasionally running adjacent to the house. There is also an oil company nearby, but guests will find this gated development both quiet and inviting. There are plenty of restaurants nearby where you can book tables for the whole group and enjoy eating-out Nashville style. And you have a big selection of bars and entertainment venues to choose from.

Bridgestone Arena (1 mile)

If you have tickets for an event here or a Predators game, make your trip even more special by booking to stay in this condo, which is only a mile from the venue.
