Great House, Great location and great beach!

We loved the house, location, layout and the direct access to the beach. We had such a wonderful time there. The view is gorgeous. If I could make a few suggestions, the trees need to be trimmed to see the water. Perhaps a sleeper sofa could be placed in the den downstairs, for another bedroom. Or perhaps a king size bed replacement in the master Great house and we loved it!

The Penthouse was FABULOUS. It was a perfect spot for our family gathering to celebrate my mother's 75th birthday. We were thrilled with the proximity to the beach and also enjoyed the view from the porch. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, as was the kitchen. The welcome bottle of wine and cookies were a nice touch. The hosts were readily available when questions came up.

The home had many amenities and is in the perfect location. Short drive to many of the wonderful sights and activities of Mt Hood and tucked away for quiet nights in the hot tub listening to the river! Highly recommend for small get togethers with friends. Also pet friendly!

Sailor's Sabbatical is a must stay for friends and family meeting near Annapolis. The house has plenty of room for at least 3 families. Good access to highway and great food around Severna Park and Annapolis.

We had a really good stay in SunDune #204. The heart pine floors really made us feel at home. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and watching people come and go to The Perfect Pig. One of our favorite vacation destinations.
