****In late Nov., 2022, Park Shore Resort unexpectedly began a 300 day construction project expecting to extend through mid Sept., 2023. This project entails removal of lanai planter box structures, lanai flooring, & lanai screen/structure.****

Cleaning and disinfecting our properties are highest priority and we are following all CDC guidelines

Starting January 1, 2023 there will be a required $100.00 Security FOB fee charged to all renters by the Park Shore Resort. This provides renters access to the pool, tennis courts, fitness center and bike storage areas. Any reservation booked on or before Oct.15, 2022, for stays during the first quarter of 2023, will be grandfathered in and not owe the Security FOB Fee.
