Starting January 1, 2023 there will be a $100.00 security key FOB charged to all renters by the Park Shore Resort when they check-in. Renters will need to pay with credit at the front desk for the security key FOB which provides access to the pool, tennis courts, fitness center and bike storage areas.

Park Shore Resorts prime location West of Hwy 41 (Tamiami Trail) is within close proximity to restaurants, shopping, & famous downtown Naples. This sought after community is also convenient for walking, biking, or driving to nearby Clam Pass Beach. There's also a new on site restaurant, "Pates Island Club."
The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units and wired access for your computer is also available. In the lobby, you will find 2 computers and printer w/internet access,, racquetball, pickleball, tennis, small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub/spa(currently out of service), and 6 BBQ gas grills throughout the property. The picturesque grounds include walking bridges, ponds, and fountains that create a truly tropical oasis setting
There is an on site restaurant (Hogfish Harry’s).
This 2nd floor, 2 bedroom/2 bath end unit in Bldg "G" is conveniently situated close to both the elevator and stairs for easy access points. (Resort Property Map included in pics). The incredible lake view from the private balcony (accessible from main living area & guest bedroom) is truly one of the best on the property. Enjoy the recently added & extremely comfortable balcony seating group including loveseat, 2 chairs and matching ottomans with heavy cushions (not yet shown in pics). It's truly a little slice of paradise in a gorgeous tropical setting!
This unit was previously in the resort's rental pool and maintains the same tasteful decor accordingly. The main living area provides a queen sofa sleeper, flat screen TV & sliding glass door access to private balcony. The master bedroom suite (king bed) w/TV houses its own private bathroom (tub/shower combo w/handicap bar) w/wall mounted hair dryer. The guest bedroom (2 twin beds) is separated from the main living area via pocket door and has sliding glass door access to the balcony. The guest bathroom (tub/shower combo w/handicap bar) is accessible from the common living area and also has a wall mounted hair dryer. There's a stackable washer & dryer inside unit, as well as on site coin operated laundry.
The property has beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels & cooler.

Thanks so much for taking the time to review our property. We're certainly happy that you enjoyed your stay in this unit. However, I'm so very sorry to hear that you needed new pillows. That's something that I really try hard to make sure I replace often to avoid them becoming "flat". As you mentioned, I'm very easy to communicate with, so I wish you would have said something. I would have immediately and happily replaced them for you. I will also convey to the owners your feeling about the mattress. However, we do typically follow a "mattress replacement" schedule.
